I agree Ray but I also think that many of the "they" people already have oodles of money/power. More than they could wield in 10 lifetimes. I think they ENJOY the psychic vampirism of human suffering much like a serial killer likes playing cat and mouse with a victim. THEY ARE SICK & EVIL.
