Just How Much More Evil Can “Teachers” Get?
Or are they plain stupid?
“Teachers,” who enforced the muzzle were already stupid or evil enough not to be trusted with commandeering children. Stupidity often serves evil, and evil, while usually poses as some form of “supreme intelligence,” can be quite stupid. Actually, it turned out that school boards received extra money from the taxpayer (who is never asked how to spend their money) for muzzling children. The money went towards bonuses for the compliant, which must have included school board members.
The Canadian government, while apparently forming a powerful community for the mentally challenged and another to serve Evil, issued a booklet to indoctrinate children:

If you have an outstanding tolerance for BS, you might be able to struggle through the Canadian government’s “educational booklet.” I personally believe that the categories that are supposed to pose danger to… guess what?... the Canadian government’s requirement for unconditional surrender to indoctrination, are the ones posted by the very same illegal entity. No matter what people try to do, the end game is the same. No matter what you say, you can be assigned to one of the categories that must be shut up and reported to the “appropriate authorities.”

And the crazy ideologues who are pretending to help children to “education” and a “better life” are the same cruel bullies who enforced the muzzle mandates (one of them even taped a muzzle to the face of a seven-year-old in California), expected the humiliating, life-endangering, fraudulent, and poisonous “tests” to be performed on students, and want you to roll over and submit well before you die of having been obedient or non-compliant. It doesn’t matter which; the goal global is depopulation and total control over the surviving cyborg slaves.
