Red Alert: Substack Does Not Allow Me To Modify My Own Comments Even on My Site

What's happening?

This started a few minutes ago. Tried to reboot my computer, erase all temp files and clean the memory, but the following problem prevails:

When I click on the three dots below my comments, I am treated as if I was a commenter:

I can Pin, Remove, Ban or suspend, of View subscriber details, but cannot edit on my Substack.

On other Substacks, I can choose Reply, Delete, or Collapse below my comments.

What is happening?

One thing is certain; in the last several weeks, I noticed that some entities “Like” everything I comment. Looks like data collection to me by bots.
