But wait! The comments are at the end of my article!
Sorry, I couldn’t help posting this! My wife and I were rolling, while reading it!
It might well complement my previous sarcastic article about “the power of science”:

And here are the comments:
why the heck does it need to be 200C? "cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165 F for at least 30 seconds." is safe to eat chicken (according to the FDA). That's 73C. And technically it will cook on a way lower temp, just not safe
Judit KissI was thinking that the chicken would be about 75% water and impossible to reach above 100degC unless the slaps are done under pressure of about 10bar to get 200degC
To be fair, a live chicken has a temperature of about 102F, and can run about 20 mph toward me, especially if I have food. I have a larger than average hand, so let's add 50% to its mass, and assume my free range chickens are 30% smaller than the hormone-laden ones at the store. How hard do I have to slap a live, skinny chicken, charging me at full speed with my large hand... for an instant chicken dinner?
There’s a YouTube video that tried to simulate this with a slapping machine. The Turkey pretty much turned to mush before it reached a cooking temperature. Only possible in theory.
I don’t know whether to be comforted or horrified that there are other people who think about these things
Alright internet, someone please gather 23K people together in a nice long line along Route 66. Then have them slap a chicken mounted on a post, one by one, until it’s cooked. This is the entertainment we deserve.
This has been done and resulted in a Luke warm under cook chicken carcass that was beaten into a pulp after almost a day of slapping.
If you really want to try this theory on food start with a minute steak and eat it blue

Finally, for more fun, here is a video:
Oh Ray! I am howling with laughter again....first with John discovering his pic on your earlier post today (see my reply to his comment) & now this!
This is priceless! Too funny!
Ohhhh, right! So you mean a ready plucked chicken?! Right.. right.. ok.. yep, got it now.
