An oft overlooked source of systemic toxicity, one that has been well-studied for decades is the family of molecules that includes Retinol and Retinoic Acid (both Teratogens). A quick read on how dangerous these can be is found at the Embryo Project Encyclopedia.

Grant Genereux has identified scores of peer-reviewed studies that show a "Vitamin A" potential to cause just about anything one can think of; particularly in the "auto-immune" category.

I am so happy you posted this! I’m sharing everywhere!

I know many people who healed their autoimmune issues when the tried the carnivore diet. That would surely cut out vitA.

Very very interesting!

Amazing! Who are you? Can I nominate you for the Nobel Prize (I don't care for nominating myself, although that is, incredibly, an option for NB nominees :) )? Okay, the Nobel Prize is probably never for honest people. :)

You seem to add essential information, when it's most needed.

Just about anything overdosed can cause poisoning. I remember someone dying in England about 50 years ago, because he ate too many carrots. :) Even Vitamin C is likely to damage the DNA in excessive dosages... Can that mean that whatever is in an overdosed amount of anything, can cause autoimmune conditions, because the body cannot detoxify itself and after it starts to treat one/some of its parts as a foreign object, it's too late? Between the two of us, it sounds logical...

How far do you think endometriosis might be linked to Teratogens? My wife's 24-year-old daughter is literally dying of the pain and nothing helps...

It takes no expertise to see that modern medicine revolves around money and profits with fear as the main driver. There is not enough knowledge of the human body for medicine to promote true health.

The body is an incredible machine designed to diagnose imbalances and repair them. It acts in accordance with nature, which is always perfect. It is the business of doctoring which interferes with these processes.

Dear Ray,

I read this updated? article - your reasoning and understanding looks correct to me. For the most part, we have nutrition (health) or deficiency/toxicity (disease). Of course, resonance (thoughts/hormones), emotions, and stress also play a role.

I am not sure what types of input or reply you want from me. Can you offer more specificity?

Best

Aside from blanket dispersions of whatever substances they care to unleash, it seems that the best way to keep healthy is to stay Far Away from ALL of their man-altered medicinals, as in, I do not even take aspirin. (I don't even like the idea of purchasing food from stores, anymore -- ESPECIALLY stuff wrapped, canned, and boxed, as many endocrine disruptors are found in these seemingly benign items, and many of these are cumulative.

If I could manage to eat only food grown naturally, and stay away from domestic water supplies, and A.M.A.-licensed doctors, I imagine that I'd be extremely healthy, as are those that manage to achieve such, along with a physically active lifestyle, always shine with health.

Thanks Ray, and Hillcountry.

Ah Socrates you opposed writing in favor of orality insisting memorization alone set the mind in motion and it required your epigone to put your teachings into print. A.I. may do many things including culling man but it is a tool like anything man's mind develops for use as an appendage. As a tool I focus on the knowledge possibilities from Big Data. This said it does depend on humans to understand what the machine knows in a deep way, I anticipate fields of training to fruitfully use the tool, like a radio telescope takes training.

I hope A.I. is used to join insights of the disciplines together since education and curiously Big Corporations including Think Tanks and Universities refuse. The connection between illness in the 19th century and the rapid rise of industry using chemistry is in general ignored. The arguments over Terrain and and causative silver bullet (an invisible demon very very very very tiny say that Holy Water does not make go away) were lost by the Terrain theorists. French industry backed Pasteur's truth claim of invisible silver bullets.

Yes, just as the pharmaceutical industry does not want health in Any Form, and have been stuffing their faulty, unnatural $$$pills and devices down near everyone's throat for these many decades.

No corporate body's interests will allow anything (even a "thing" like health) to come between them and their power- trips, and their ivory tower lifestyles, which is the whole point of corporations- to greedily assume control of everything, with zero accountability to be held by the humans which are directing such groups, as was the original aim and intent of corporations in the first place, as a legal gimmick to rob all of us our right to fight these absurd institutions, and to "legally" absolve the crooks of any responsibility.

Interesting.

Immunologists promote the idea the best immune systems are those constantly working. I do that getting poked, scratched, bit, and breathing in all types of microbes in my natural garden. Then I take it one step further not eating for 18 hours every day putting my system in autophagy. This fits your ideas.

Here is my previous reply and do am leaving it intact, because I made a mistake that Whisk kindly pointed out:

That is EXACTLY how the immune system works: it produces whatever it must against incoming attacks and later, it "remembers" what needs to be done under the same or similar circumstances. There are no "antibodies" lingering on, when they are not needed.

These are a collection of ideas, not "mine."

Still, you might want to explain what you mean by your inducing autopathy, because I am probably not the only one who has no clue. :) Why are you even saying this?

***

The short answer is that yes, that's how autopathegy is supposed to work.

On the other hand, it probably takes several days of not eating to reach autopathegy. Not eating for 18 hours a day and staying away from pure carbohydrates seems to change metabolism to fat-burning, which the US Army actually assumed about 18-24 months ago.

Autophagy after 14 hours of not eating, and there are degrees reaching a higher state as the days go by. I suspect everyone is different so the effect would not all be the same.

I do 66 hour of not eating every so often, mostly winter which corresponds with what our ancestors likely habituated to.

But I have no credentials and am merely participating in your comment section.

As far as I can see, we are all different and we have to observe our own body in order to be good guardians for it. You are your best advisor with the highest possible credentials! :)

In the last 15 years, eating little and only once a day (but good food, made from scratch) with the occasional day off has been working for me, but everybody has to figure it out for themselves.

Fasting is the one thing that I often overlook, but is key to our metabolic health, as important as the quality of food and water we ingest, and the exercise we partake of.

"They were honest, enlightened healers."

That is the point of divergence, in my estimation; when humans put other aims, such as ego, power, and wealth, before complete, unadulterated honesty and integrity, and the importance of a healthy community was correctly valued by the majority of the people, as opposed to the other way around.

The ancient healing texts do not have a phrase for 'transmissable'. They use 'external pernicious influences' instead. These can be parasites, moulds, bacteria, poisons, bites, stings, in fact, anything that has arrived in the body from outside. It is like a herd of goats roaming through the same mountains, getting the same illness. Mostly they have been bitten by the same insect, usually a tick or a flea or a sandfly. In TCM the Barefoot Doctors first responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness of the water supply. That alone can prevent a great deal of common illnesses which may appear as a contagion but actually environmental exposure to a toxin or an infected fly or a lava has entered the humans via the commonly shared water sources.

This is, of course, only one example.

In the case of C19, the modern Chinese doctors have some success with the herbs usually used to deal with parasites. Herbs like wormwood, quinine, and especially gold, frankincense and myrrh but that is extremely expensive, of course.

Thank you for contributing. These are not problems that are going to be solved by a single person. There are too many variables.

The several hundred (possibly a few thousand) "side effects" of the lethal injections, as morbid as it is, could be guides.

Mitochondrial myopathy is obviously something to further investigate.

My problem is that, if modern "Medicine" wants to get back from rock bottom, it needs a new paradigm (the old one is being used for control and genocide and doesn't offer much help). The paradigm, this time, should probably include the nervous system and the field covered by the pseud-science of "psychiatry" in order to generate a full-range working paradigm for what a human being is and the way it functions. "Science," due to scientism starting in the 1880s with Positivism, has become materialistic to the point that even evidently matter-based stuff is being ignored in order to keep the dying creep alive...

We are getting close to the hospital scene in Idiocracy (a movie from 2006). Watch it, if you can! :)

The HPV "vaccine" is the most devastating one among traditional ones. I'm wondering if it already contained a few dry runs for the one for "covid."

The presence of a tiny particle that might be even called a virus doesn't prove that it is the cause of an illness. In fact, such particles seem to come from the body's detoxifying process...

Mercola used to be halfway decent before he was forced to post everything for only 48 hours. His substack archives don't include past comments that were a treasure drove for everyone. He has been using ghostwriters for several years, who "borrowed" ideas from the book my friend and I published in 2012 and they never even cared to mention us. He also tries to sell a lot of things that only raises one question: are those going to kill you or are you going bankrupt first? "His" articles have also contained contradictory information in the last 10-12 years. He publishes useful information, but you have to re-evaluate everything for yourself. The same is true for any "medical" advice.

Absolutely!

The man has succumbed, in order to hopefully preserve his wealth, is what I perceive.

In my estimation, one cannot be in possession of 100+ millions of dollars without At Least having had to have turned a blind eye to many of the devious goings on "up there", so he is complicit to that degree.

Such a one would have to be inconceivably sheltered, I would venture, and the good doctor Merc is not that.

To me, irregardless of his reputation, and even his medical pertinence, he has the air of one who is insincere...a snake in the grass, and so I do not trust him.

Furthermore, any doctor that cannot, or will not, see that being forced into selling ones gift or ability to heal, and being heavily regulated as to such, by heavy-handed, mob oversight, that is not only profit driven, but research driven (human guinea pigs, mad science, and all...), is a toady, ultimately, and has simply sold their self to a big, stinking racket.

A naturally inclined healer, born with the intuitive nature, and having developed the required skills, should be able to perform in the same, but much less regulated, manner that a psychopathic pawn of the pharmy industry does, but such will never be allowed in the current, overly corrupted system, because when a person is not only healed naturally, without the use of any modern Technological Advancements, but is furthermore to be shown and given the widely simple knowledge, and therefore the ability, to perform such healing for their own self, it would become too big a threat to their racket. Most here all know this, for the most part, so perhaps I am preaching to the choir...

Nonetheless, it appears to be that the bulk of The People are predominantly amenable to, or are at least tolerant of, this system being shoved down their throats, and so this corrupt system will likely remain until its overdue obliteration and collapse, and/or The People awaken, to see to such for theirselves.

I aim to at least make the attempt to ring the alarm, as are many of you, I perceive, so Blessings along The Path.
