194 WHO member states agreed to begin negotiations on a global pandemic treaty, aiming for a draft agreement to be finalized by May 2024 for consideration by the 77th World Health Assembly.
More than 70 states, including the European Union and United Kingdom, are advocating for a strong legally binding international treaty. In contrast, other countries, including the United States, India and Brazil, are reluctant to commit to a legally binding agreement. It’s a good idea why only these three countries. Could it be that politicians in these countries cannot hide from being accused of betraying their own people?

Well I live in a tiny bit of land between two watery bird sanctuaries. I’ve not seen one dead bird for well over a year. But that had its head missing so assumed NOT bird flu but bird of prey kill.
This isn't only about about lockdowns, they plan to tie universal basic health (depopulation "health") with Central Bank Digital Currencies.
