Of course, it is, but it provides end-to-end encryption against regular crooks.

I tend not to use it, because it probably raises a red flag.

Eventually, the abundance of "red flags" can swamp the system to the point that it grinds to a halt.

Don't worry; there is no way out. You can still manipulate the system with overwhelming amount of contradicting data. :)

Everybody's metabolism is different and even the same person can be VERY different from time to time, depending on the nature of intakes and exposures. DNA can also mutate. Actually, it usually does, which is where the monsters are making MAJOR miscalculations in their "super AI." That can put an end to them, too, while they are busy exterminating the "useless eaters."

My friend and I actually wrote a book that was supposed to cover most of self-care. It took us three years to write it and it came out in 2012. Dr. Mercola (of course, it was only his ghostwriters; I don't think he has written anything lately) kept taking ideas out of it for years without mentioning it. We never managed to market it properly, but much of it is remaining useful for most people. I can e-mail you a copy or, possibly, post it somewhere so that people can contribute $0.99 for it, if they want to. :)
