If I can add something to an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure I would like to note that Boron is the missing element that supports strong bones & teeth & I wish I had learned this in my youth instead of my late 5th decade. Think boro-silicate glassware as used in the production of strong laboratory glassware & Pyrex stove tops & cooking dishes & jugs. Don't take my word for it as an Australian Dr upon researching found that Boron was the dietary element that not only put arthritis at bay but also helped all sorts of orthopeadic complaints that make up almost a third of all medical expenditure related dis eases. After selling pills for treatment for nearly 3 years & getting excellent feedback he decided to tell the medical regulatory body in Australia (TGA). That was a big mistake as they promptly made it illegal to sell such a threatening (to the pharma complex) treatment. I used common Borax (& still do) about a teaspoon to 10 litres of purified rainwater (regularly over some months) to eradicate a very painfully developing elbow condition & strengthen my teeth. The best natural source I discovered also is organic sultanas (so grapes would be the same). This might be why I've noticed some how some people have very good teeth despite eating sugary foods as I suspect they lived in good wine/grape country or consumed sultanas in their youth. Extrapolate how you will.

A very weak society was established where we weren't responsible for ourselves, but the doctor, the

teacher, the lawyer, the dentist, THEY were responsible, not us. And, here we are now. And just

so incompetent at self care, in knowing this takes a lot of time, time away from our preferred

activieis. These were established also, whether netflix, TV, YouTube, doesn't matter, it's a bad

habit, and not sure how long THAT takes to break. Longer, harder, I think, on again, off again.

East Indians sometimes had beautiful, white, strong teeth, and they chewed some bark after

a meal in India. Probably good to look into that. Not sure what bark, or barks.

I'm from Maryland. I have family in Kentucky. I've been doing this work for about 8 years. I am also a veteran. I've not seen every country but had boots on the ground on every continent except Antarctica and Australia. I regret my application to work in Antarctica was not considered. But I heard the pay thee sucks. So, there is that.

Oh, well, at least you are doing your best.

How exactly do you think your work will help us, Americans?

Expand full comment

Overall, it won't.

I'm a working-class chump with no real trade skill and no university degree. My skills lie in military experience, reading comprehension and logistics. Just trying to scratch out my piece before the world ends.

I hate the gubmint and the M-I-C. I often hate what I do. But there have been several things that lead me to believe this is where God wants me. I'll name one - I received a religious exemption from the #StrokePoke. No one else in my company who is deployed here has that. I'm sure God had his hand on that. He also got me out of working in Iraq and Afghanistan. There are a few other examples, but those are sufficient for this response.

It looks like you have skills that are more important than most college degrees.

It looks like you and I have quite a few things in common. Also, 14 years ago, I nearly got hired at the Library of Congress in D.C., but thank goodness, I came in second. I cannot imagine me working for the "govt" nor; in fact, can I even envision myself living in a city anymore.

Moreover, you seem to have your priorities right.

Sounds quite dangerous these days; not that it's any safer here, at home. I used to teach at colleges and universities in Europe without any affiliations, but bailed in 2007.

Where are you hailing from? I am in rural KY, but have seen half of the world. :)

One thing that needs to be mentioned is if you decide to remove your amalgam fillings, use a dentist (possibly a biodentist ) that follows safe removal of the IAOMT protocol. DO NOT just trust they’ll do it right. Alternate source of oxygen is very important. You can watch a video on the IAOMT website so you know what is necessary. You will be exposed to lots of mercury vapor even with the best dentist. My dentist of 40 yrs fired all of his unvaxxed patients once the shots became available. I hope he’s enjoying his never ending boosters 🤣

I havent used fluoride toothpaste for more than ten years. There are many natural alternatives. I used a Himalaya tea tree oil toothpaste for years. Now i prefer the ones with activated charcoal. Currently the one i use also has cocoanut oil. The charcoal neutralizes bacteria while the cocoanut oil has a drawing effect on the tissue to help clean. I also am now using a colloidal silver solution with natural herb oils for mouth wash/rinse.

I only go to the dentist when my company requires full annual or re-hire physical. I am a deployed civilian. That said, i am on holiday and going for a voluntary dental cleaning tomorrow. I literally panicked this morning when i realized the doctor may put some of that toxic chemical crap on my grill. Wish me luck.

Waterpick can perform "deep cleaning," and beer can remove residues; it's a good cleaning agent, but it's hard to find non-GMO and non-synthetic beer these days.

Update.

I was able to get my point across at the dentist as far as I can tell. They definitely understood that I did not want fluoride and they would use a mineral-salt solution. I used water only rinse, declined lidocaine, and remain fairly certain I was minimally poisoned.

I had spent the previous week at a thermal bath spa doing a good deal of detox. The dental clinic (and others) were within the health spa facility.

Going Back to work Friday. Leaving Budapest today.

A hot bath is a (not very) poor man's sauna; been using it for decades.

Budapest is famous for it's spas. Dental treatment is probably a lot cheaper than over here in the US, too, but not necessarily more corrupt (they still also love to fix what ain't broke, but you may have been lucky).

Are you working there?

Wow. Someone liked my comment above and i just noticed your reply Ray. I am a veteran not a military brat, but at the time of writing i was a military contractor for the big corps doing work overseas. I left that job and Poland last year. I could not tolerate corporate HR and brainwashing any longer, and they could not tolerate my dissent. Back home now.

Micro brew beer is the only way to go!

Busch and Anhauser has been shipping GMO yeast even to Belgium for years to make sure US consumers would get nothing else, when drinking Stella Artois. About four or five months ago, Heineken also developed the taste of Stella that resembles the smell of a mortuary: formaldehyde. Some German beers, too. Beers from microbreweries also have some weird residues on the bottom of the glass...

Weren't the residues supposedly be the "natural" touch?

I think the only way to avoid dentist is to avoid placque build up is to brush and floss- ive used baking soda and peroxide toothpaste and flossing a few times a week has kept me away from the dentist- havent had a cleaning in over 5 yrs- (refuse to wear a mask) for non existant contagion-

sometimes I use just baking soda- sometimes I buy Toms toothpaste. www.VirusTruth.NET

Beer is a good cleaning agent, so a glass of beer can do a lot of good after meals. Too bad, most of it is GMO and/or synthetic slop in the US by now.

I have sooo much fun, as you can imagine, because as an ex-DDS who escaped the identity politics of covidians. I held to my Hippocratic Oath and even added a clause to it( thinking it was already there). That is, with right hand held up” i solemnly swear that i will not suffer a lie on behalf of my patient, where health is concerned. Nor anything else, for that matter..”

So to keep the peace as, over the years, fashion trends in health info would crap on modalities of prevention and treatment, i would just ask them to provide the mechanism of action by which fluoride or mercury alloys for eg, were toxic, and never would get a response. But it showed 2 things: i’m not married to a profession not to dogma not ideology. It’s pick your poison, folks and that dietary disease that precedes diabetes makes teeth a canary in a coalmine. I would say “ forget teeth, ask your pancreas what it thinks... u only have one of those, you know..” Laughter. Point made. Teachable moments. Dr means Teacher. Look it up. One size does not fit all. It’s custom care. Kid without decay? Great! Teach about gums and bone. Many ways to control plaque( very nasty biofilm) so choose a method that works, make the 21-day habit and shame folks into it if need be: “ a chicken with a brain the size of your thumbnail sits on that egg for 3 measily weeks. See if you can do it 3 weeks. You’ll never look back”.

Everything has its place including the 4-year recare visit vs the 4-month visit needed by some with poor dexterity etc. In any business, its effectiveness that speaks, not a reach for $ etc.

Generalizations are dangerous and untrue much of the time.

Remember, you never know who’s sitting at the table at a gathering. Foam at the mouth all they like about teeth( of which many are such experts) and hope i’m not there, waiting for the chance to use humour to embarrass the bejesus out of you!
