Here are these videos from all over the place, with people exhibiting similar behavior and, allegedly dying. They were all holding a phone, they start spinning around, look up at something, and collapse:

The uniformity suggests either the photographers’ working together with crisis actors or something else. (Keep the cursor over the “Play” triangle, and the playback will be uninterrupted without having to log in to Fakebook that, I assume, you don’t have, either.)
