The idea behind them is to give hope to the hopeless and make them believe in their establishment just a little bit longer (that is, while they will last, and I’m unlikely to outlast them).

Recently, there was a red herring introduced, targeting the desperate who are willing to hope for ANYTHING and make sure they would jump on the piece of news like chicken on a shiny piece of snot in a barnyard. Tennessee, supposedly, “banned chemtrails.” While there is a sucker born every minute, this one is too easy to avoid:

So, Louisiana is now rejecting to be told what to do by the WHO and the UN.

Considering it has been following the “guidelines,” how exactly are they going to do that? Every single state representatives in the US has been commandeered around by a Federal Government that is doing little else than obey commands from their handlers who have been representing the technocratic eugenicists who have been controlling governments by controlling the global money supply. There have been no direct “commands” from the UN or the WHO, although the tenets published by both have been generously applied in everyday politics.

So, anyone who believes that the SAME politicians in the SAME system are not going to go along with the SAME “guidelines” needs to reconsider whatever they think (no, nobody can “get their heads examined,” because there is no reliable authority to do that sort of thing).
