Yes, I watched Del's excellent Highwire with Dale Wigington. I'm not suggesting Man cannot affect local "weather" systems but weather is not global climate, as most climate skeptics constantly point out.
Earth's climate is driven by such a complex of different variables - the relationship of which we are not close to fully understanding. Factors such as solar cycles and sunspots, water vapor/cloud formation, the changing tilt of the earth's axis relative to its orbital plane and earth's orbital eccentricity, cosmic rays, the geomagnetic field, ocean currents, i.e. the Pacific Decadal Oscillations, volcanic activity, El Niño and La Niña, evapo-transpiration and the air movements within the tropics as compared to those North and South thereof. etc. Just take the 26,000 year precession of the equinoxes for example. Since Earth is not completely rigid, as it rotates on its axis, centrifugal force causes the equator to bulge. The gravitational force of the Sun and the Moon will pull on this bulge and causes the Earth to wobble as it spins around its axis. Currently, the Earth’s axis is pointing somewhere near Polaris in Ursa Minor, hence our North star today is Polaris. However, almost 5,000 years ago, Thuban in the constellation of Draco was the north star, and was used by the ancient Egyptians. In 13,000 years from now, precession will bring Earth’s rotational axis near Vega in Lyra and Vega will become our north star.
To suggest that Man's current weather experiments could radically affect any of the natural factors driving global climate IMO is highly improbable.
Washington state has recently experienced the same alternation of below freezing days/nights followed by a few days of 40º-50º, then returning to more freezing over a period of the past few weeks. Buds on plants appear but are then paralyzed, some rotting in situ. However, unless there are reports of similar occurrences in widely varying climates around the US, it's hard to believe this is orchestrated nationwide and not connected to the (unofficial) forecast of a turn towards global cooling. For such changes to have any credence, a period of at least 30 years of similar trends must be seen.
Chemtrails and cloud-seeding are one thing and have been happening for decades but to suggest Man has the power to create tornadoes seems to me to be playing into the hands of the climate catastrophists claiming Mankind (and their emissions) are controlling the climate. We really don't need to give them any more ammunition.
We see a lot about the hot/cold/warm/frost stuff and odd tornado patterns. How about the incredible wind situations that are either sustained for days or out of no where straight line winds over 100 mph? I do not recall those things happening in my childhood. I'm 50. Sure, it got windy sometimes but not days of dangerous gusts and spot damage that looks like a small tornado but they say is a straight line wind. I'm just throwing this out there. Sorry it is worded like it came from a kindergartner, but I am no weather expert. Just a person who thinks the weather is more bizarre than nature could possibly have come up with on her own.
Time to grow and live below the surface. Surface dwelling may well now be contra-indicated without Hazmat gear and radiation shielding. Solar dimming and weather manipulation.
