About eight years ago, a pothead rammed me from a side street. He was smiling, completely spaced out, when he got out of his car. His reaction time seemed to have been about five seconds. :)
In British Columbia, maternity leave is not tied to having received the lethal injections. I understand that governmental breakdown is part of the WEF plan, but how come they are doing it so openly. I guess, all road lead to Rome:
Well-I guess there s at least 2 of us. Never tried pot and don't take meds. And yes, I ve endured my fair share of trauma. Pulling back the curtain on dependency is basically a loss of belief that one has all the power one needs. The loss of that belief can be shifted.
Addiction seems to be part of human nature. Without compartmentalizing experience and secluding manageable parts of it seem essential for most people's cognitive security. One needs extremely good nerves to accept that the human intellect is a defective tool for epistemological digressions; it's just about as useful as using a springboard to try to jump on the Moon! :)
Addictive behavior, however, can be controlled. Distributing the efforts among a lot of activities can tame the beast!
I m not convinced anything is human nature. I believe when fear and lies are constantly being bombarded on good and descent people, they try to protect themselves and their loved ones. Good people don't always think to distrust because lying is something that isn't really a part of them. Guilty of trusting and perhaps being naive.
I will admit you need a strong sense of self-but if you continually question things that don't seem to make sense, then ask folks around you and hear even more ridiculous answers, trust in yourself grows. Maybe you don't have the answers-but you refuse to accept theories with lots of holes. Trusting your eyes means turning off the TV esp the news. Read books instead of worrying about Hollywood or the next new fashion. Think critically and research. You always know when you hit the truth because all of the dots fall into place and the truth resonates.
We have been lulled into a world that s not real or aligned with helping and caring and elevating everyone. We are waking up and as we do the ONLY answer is to come together and create a better world. We have the ability and technology ( when in the right hands) to accomplish this. We can do so much better....
I don't think there are "good" and "bad" people, at least not most of the time. Anyone can decide to do the right and the wrong thing anytime.
Those, who are afraid are already dead; they just do not know it yet. One doesn't "try" to protect their loved ones: he either does or he doesn't. The old adage, "shoot first and ask questions later" seems to apply in acute situations, where empathy and compassion have no time to kick in.
"Trick me once, shame on you, trick me twice, shame on me" is a good starting point, but there are plenty of signs to consider before someone metes out unharnessed trust.
I can't see how someone can have a "strong sense of the self"; you either know who you are or your don't. There is no graduality involved.
You are right: if I don't understand something, I don't automatically assume that it doesn't make sense. Maybe, I need more information to understand, so I ask questions.
We don't have TV. :) While I am aware that I am never completely right, I also know that if I don't make a decision, circumstances later will force me into things that will be worse than any faulty decision I could have made, when I still had the chance. This is the lowest level, when personal responsibility for one's decisions becomes inevitable.
The cognitive process involves building cognitive models of various complexity, and using the ones that are applicable for solving problems at hand. These models serve as the only frames of references, no matter how much people would love to "quote and rely on 'experts'."
There are no "right hands." Power corrupts, no matter what...
This world is as good as it gets; I kinda agree with Leibniz on that account. The only thing a person can improve is himself, but life is too short for any major achievements! :)
When you make it look like kids Gummy Bears it's dangerous. Leave it untended, even your dog may eat it. Hope you like the Vet bill. I wouldn’t say I’m reliant on Cannabis (can we start using the proper name and not the propaganda name already please?) but, for me, it makes our thoroughly broken world objectively easier to exist within. It’s that simple. Everything is contaminated with something (see point on broken world above) so it is all about damage minimisation, which is ultimately why everyone needs to be working to growing themselves or from someone who they trust to do it right.
Mental Health can be improved by longish walks/hikes in the forrest, beaches, etc. until random thoughts dissapate and you're just There walking with "nothing else" going on. Usually an hour or two does the trick, and you also get the physical benefits.
Don’t know about any aluminum, but I do know that the herb they’re producing these days is infinitely stronger than any weed I smoked back in the day. A little dab’ll do me.
Once the government got into the weed market, the use of petrochemicals and pesticides on big commercial weed farms skyrocketed. If you smoke make sure you are not buying 'big commercial' weed. Treat this just like your food, find a farmer who sells directly to the public. Gov. destroys everything.
Here is a general introduction to marijuana:

Notice that according to federal law, if you smoke pot, you cannot possess firearms, even if pot is legal in your state!
That should apply to driving too. I love my 2nd A rights, so it's a No Thanks. I already avoid the Kamikaze freeways.

Maybe safe to conclude that under the current regime they don't want a stoned and armed population? Imagine that!
Especially with all those stoned and armed government glorified welfare recipients commonly called employees of the Federal "government".
Ain't that cute!

Apparently, that depends the type of pot in question! :)

We have so much power-dig deep and see it.
