It’s not over.

Establishing a functional working paradigm for “Medicine” is way overdue
It is not a secret that modern Medicine is a disaster:
https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/the-disaster-of-modern-medicine
On July 3, 2022, I published my first article on the subject, which resulted in quite a few valuable comments and the number of my subscribers suddenly increased by 176 in two days. Since then, I have added significant details to the original text:
https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/a-universal-theory-of-diseases
As you probably know from my previous articles, I concur with Dr. Kaufman by promoting Terrain Theory and calling “viruses” exosomes.
Terrain Theory seems to explain a lot more than Germ Theory, although I can’t quite relate to its explanation of, say, contracting syphilis. However, what I suggest in the following might explain even that part.
Please, notice that I am not posing as an “expert” here, all the more so, because I don’t believe in “experts.” Consider the following a challenge that you can take and further develop my ideas or, perhaps even better, offer something that is even more plausible or, perhaps even immediately helpful.
What causes illness?
It looks like each “terrain” has its own bacterial balance, and once the balance is broken, symptoms of illness can occur. The body eventually handles the situation most of the time. The peculiar thing is that western “medical” examinations (mostly shamefully primitive and often misrepresented/misinterpreted blood tests and urine tests) usually don’t show anything “abnormal,” because there is nothing new, and they can’t check for bacterial balance in the body. Still, the fungal Candida “infection” (which certainly exists, but some MDs prefer to deny it does, perhaps because they are even more clueless than usual) is a good example of such a case, because the fungus is usually there in the intestines, and it causes trouble only when its culture overwhelms other bacterial sources.
It is easy to get “sick” in an environment that the body has not managed to adjust, and a newcomer in town can also spread certain completely normal bacteria that are out of proportion on the location.
Adaptability is another variable, and children are better at it.
Add parasites to bacteria
Even most “medical experts” overlook parasitic infestations, and if they don’t, they approach it with the usual compartmentalized manner that gives the mercy thrust to modern “Medicine”:
https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/compartmentalized-medicine-turns
Most “parasites” also live in symbiosis with the body, and similarly to bacteria, only cause problems, when they take over parts that normally don’t belong to them and/or suppress other parasites/bacteria.
Corollaries
If the above conjecturing hold water, the body maintains a general equilibrium of “benign” and “malicious” bacteria and parasites, and illness ensues, if the fragile balance is broken.
As for treatments, sometimes the body can probably use some assistance in its “healing process” that comprises regaining its balance. The success of certain ancient traditional practices support this theory. For example, acupuncture can revive or stimulate certain neural paths that can accelerate the process, but there are obviously a lot of practices that produce results that modern “doctors” can only find unbelievable or “quackery,” because they fundamentally disprove and disrupt their validity and shows them for what they are:
Re: the general equilibrium theory of health, I would argue against the assertion that it tends towards being in a "fragile" state. I think we would be well served to study the conditions necessary for the emergence of Frailty, be that within an atom, a cell, a organ, a mammal, a community, etc..
Hello Ray.
Many thanks for your post. Your comment

is, I consider, a neat summary of the situation.
I came at all the Covid nonsense as a building surveyor with nearly 40 years working with buildings and the tradesmen who I considered knew more about their trade than I ever would. But at least I could stand back and take an over view which was my role in the process.
I did a lot of defect diagnosis on properties of all types, and did many whole building surveys from small flats to country houses of some considerable size, although on the latter I would be lead surveyor as part of a small team.
So I came to see that building work very similarly to the human body, albeit we are in essence a 'wet chemical' system, based on water, H2O and the salts balance with in.
A building element fails when it no longer undertakes its function. A breach in the external envelope, such as a missing tile and slate will allow the outside elements to enter.
This might be water, but might also be rodents, squirrels etc. They may then cause other damage, e.g. mice will chew electric cable.
For the human body the same can be seen as damaged skin will allow outside elements where they shouldn't be and so repairs are necessary to make good the 'hole' just as with a roof.
I have not done a detailed breakdown of comparisons but I am sure you can visualise what I am getting at.
As regards the exosome which is what I consider the coronavirus is and what is seen through the electron microscope, I found out about it in June 2020, and if I haven't already said it that was when viral theory (and in effect germ theory) came crashing down.
The exosome is a friend and not foe and I look at it as the dustbin/garbage man of the body removing waste for disposal to the lymph system.

I am not aware that I mentioned to you my health issues elsewhere, but I was misdiagnosed with cancer in early 2020. I took immuno-therapy until September that year, 9 sessions in as many months.
I have a facial palsy which I worked out, no thanks to useless NHS doctors, was sodium nitrate (E250) poisoning via bacon I ate. They should have known about this as its neuro-toxic effects have been well documented for over 100 years!

Many thanks for all you do, it is much appreciated.
