Exosomes, Viruses, and the Mitochondria
A brief note to clarify my stance.
Einstein probably never said it*, but when I was five, I said to adults who told me I was too young to understand, “If you are so smart, tell me in a way I understand.”

While my opinion is only mine, it seems prudent to further clarify a few details that must be further discussed, as needed.
Intercell communication is electronic through the mitochondria, and the success of acupuncture supports my presumption. My theory of cancer is several decades old, and is assumes that unneeded proliferation of cells are caused by corruption of data by repeated disruption of the central command sent to to body cells to proliferate. Several chemicals can do that, but something as simple as microplastics work, too.
What they call exosomes or viruses are dead cells, discarded by the lymphatic system, but still carrying partial human DNA. They might be good to reverse-engineer the cause of a condition, if they largely consist of a particular kind. There is an unlimited supply of such cells, so there will no end to new “viruses” and “variants” for as long as people believe in “viral infections,” whose existence has never been proven.
According to Terrain Theory, the causes of illness can be threefold: poisoning, deficiencies, and certain frequencies upsetting the bacterial/parasitic equilibrium in the body. I don’t fully comprehend the resonance theory, but it is true that certain frequencies cause illness, while, allegedly, others can be used to remedy certain conditions.

I’m trusting myself here too, all these terms viruses, parasites etc. are general and need more clear language to define. I do ‘see’ where it was very convenient and profitable for the creation of the whole idea of viruses to give the medical profession much more to do, add in Pharma and control systems and well here we find ourselves.
Personally I can feel and sense the subtle electronics of my body, PH level influence too. Gardening and going barefoot in the grass/soil while messy, leaves me with a sense on wellbeing. What I can’t tell, but it makes sense to me is the negative effects of all the new electromagnetic waves that are everywhere- both from history - epidemics that paralleled the introduction of radio waves for communication and electricity strung all about the planet, now this new EMF literally everywhere and from current (pardon the pun) acceleration of symptoms illnesses.
After I watched this guy right here it solidified, at least the germ theory part. I keep going back and forth, but I am convinced that viruses are nothing more than parasites.
