My grasp is that Ones who have corrected Their status from debtor to creditor are no longer "owned." Once One is a secured party/creditor, They only have jurisdiction over the ALL CAPS name, which is a TRUST, and Your flesh and blood are Your own.
A friend of Mine, who corrects People's status for a living (US and maybe Canada only) corrected Mine as a gift. (No way, in My destitute state would I have had the $1,500 He charges!)
