I'm one of your free subscribers, I still read, as Knowledge is Power. It's understandable you write with a passion but need to be paid too, especially in the Biden Depression. As a Senior, there are few luxuries I can afford.

I Like reading informative articles. Most people only read the main news from their sources. I read side articles of interest. Or get them in my headline catcher. I try to fit them into what you are writing about.

This one was first. We know all but Marines are short of recruitment goals.

Soldiers Unpaid: National Guard Hasn't Paid Out Thousands of Enlistment Bonuses

The National Guard is behind paying at least 9,000 soldiers the bonuses they were promised for signing up, according to a service component source with direct knowledge of the situation.

The Army National Guard Incentive Management System, or GIMS, was first rolled out in 2012, allowing states to manage and monitor incentives. It was designed to streamline the process and mitigate fraud and abuse.

But the system crashed in late 2018 and was inoperable for about 10 months; another 10-month outage occurred in 2021. While the system was down, bonuses had to be filed through a complicated manual process, creating a backlog that states are still trying to fix.

This just showed up.

The Army Suddenly, and Chaotically, Told Hundreds of Soldiers They Have to Be Recruiters Immediately

The orders came after a breakdown in how the Army tracks how many recruiters it has coming through the pipeline along with retention of existing ones, according to Lt. Gen. Douglas Stitt, the Army's top personnel officer. The sudden depletion of recruiters caught Army planners flat-footed, with officials unable to provide a clear explanation as to what went wrong. Now, NCOs will likely have to move during the holiday season and in the middle of the school year, sowing chaos for families.

"Given the six-day heads up, we have zero time to plan child care," one noncommissioned officer told Military.com on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to the media. "We can barely find and afford child care during the week as it is, so now my wife may end up having to quit her job entirely because it is impossible to find on the weekend."

If I am to be my own worst enemy, then I must know who is my best champion. If that is myself, then I better be relatively sure of where I stand and work to eliminate self-destruction.

any legit demonstration needs the approval of local authorities (mayor), so not many possibilities for any spontaneity. however good slogans are inspiring, shared solidarity is a strong sentiment and there's strength in numbers. "us plebs" need to be able to show our concerns, even if it doesn't change anything.

I think I see a parallel between the leader of Canada, and of the US, and what may have happened?

I often hear how Canadians voted for the person, deserve the person, but they did not. The liberal party voted

for this person. And here's where it's similar to Biden.

(Canadians are traditionally liberal and had no clue who the new leader of the Liberal Party was,

as he didn't reveal this for several YEARS. Tricky.)

No one really looked into either Biden or the leader of Canada's past.

With Biden, I don't know how he could become senator of Delaware(?) for years when he was required

to opt out of the presidential race way back in 1978 for serious charges. How did these get wiped?

Same idea with the leader of Canada who scammed the scammers!! Which would be funny if it weren't so

tragic. This leader has no heart at all, and is only into money, power, prestige, will do ANYTHING.

Biden is far more than a puppet lining all his family's pockets and I mean ALL to the tune of at least

$180,000 every month of laundered money. This video was up months ago, maybe a year ago,

then ...vanished. I wonder why?

Ukraine is his honey pot, with Hunter.

But let's not forget his lucrative years with Obama going to China with Hunter, wheeling and dealing.

Anyone Hillary endorses can be scrubbed.

What's a wonder to me is that ANYTHING is standing in any way, crooked or not, not fallen ...yet.

I read and agreed that Trump was the best at....LYING. And also, a good, very convincing speaker.

Good points for sure. I read he did not follow through the last election on his points, so whyever would

he this time? All those indictments, the good work of the DOJ. I hope he sees some fruit for all his

honest work.

Do you ever feel we're all waiting for SOMETHING to happen? Kind of the 'ax to fall'?

It's not some good waiting feeling at all.

I think it's possible that the leader of Canada, having reached his goal of a billion dollars he's

hidden of Canadian money will possibly resign to go pursue ways to join into the

various billionaire's clubs. It will go to a woman, a nazi supporter, very hard line,

and bring on an election where she will be voted out. And hopefully the Sikh who keeps

the leader afloat waiting for HIS pension to come in, so he can quit.

All taking, none giving anything. I don't think this can last.

And so many companies are trying to follow suit, compromising, cheating, so that anything goes.

On the coast, where I live, it's all free drugs, great support for WOKE, for endless drug usage.

Many decent people are leaving, or planning to leave Canada, and for good reasons.

2024 is key for both countries, whether 'selection' or not.

I doubt many can ever tease out how much corruption there's been. What's a wonder to me, and

maybe to you, too? is how many FINE people there still are, who haven't caved. I wish all of them,

and everyone here, you and your wife the best we can manage.

It's a long story with strange detours but we really got scammed for a LOT of money. What is

really strange is ...get this, nobody else could or would do the job, and they did help us A LOT

while ripping us off bigtime. We haven't begun yet to pursue this because when you're a

senior, senior, you get tired? So we're taking a bit of time out before proceeding.

We don't think we see the money, but we'll hopefully warn others. And we were put in

a position where this hurt but didn't cripple us. And what we learned is very key.

It definitely remains an adventure.
