"Not playing the game." How does that work?

In middle school gym you could refuse to play but still get hit by balls thrown by the bigger kids who were playing.

By "not playing the game," I mean I refuse to accept the terms.

When I was young, I was a second-division soccer player. Lots of people tried to kick me, but I usually stepped aside. :)

Agree! I’ve been keeping my eye on the ball for decades, since I learned about dangerous and sometimes deadly childhood vaccines.

If they can knowingly harm innocent, defenseless babies, there is nothing they won’t do!

Great work Ray. Still leaves us with mislead masses. Nothing short of a legion (or two or ten) of right people to act in coordinated way to fix it from

"the top" or a bloodshed.

Only people who can think for themselves can make a difference. I am not writing for the masses, with the exception of the enforcers, for whom I point out that they will be the next victims.

Yes, we are being poisoned from all directions and the poisons (chemtrails, EMF, electric pulses from "smart" meters, GHz-type radiation and the like) interact with each other.

Iron supplements have always been dangerous, if for no other reason, because as all supplements, they intervene with the natural order of things. Everyone's metabolism is unique and according to the mathcing paradigm, the human body is like a witch's cauldron; all you need to do is add something esoteric. Of course, deficiencies can and do cause symptoms and illnesses, but in my understanding, constantly taking supplements can make the body lazy to produce what it needs; kind of the way "doctors" produce high blood sugar and chemical dependency with Metformin. A few supplements seem useful for emergency use.

I used to detox with hot baths, but even with a whole-house carbon filter, a single bath can now turn my skin red and shriveled for a day or two, and only goodness knows WTF they are putting into the water....

Ray, something you're said here resonates with me in that, being a child of someone who survived death camp and had tetanus injected and, a orphan girl who survived the war, in these "plentiful" times I often think about those issues. Our body as a whole is absolutely amazing "machine", self regulating and

adapting in all ways to sustain us and to keep us functioning.

Came across something new recently: apparently you can "overdoit" with antioxidants making your body basically, adjusting.

Not having oxidants (them being neutralized by our supplementation) the system "resigns" that function.

In fact, vitamin D supplements can be even potentially dangerous, but taking them on rare occasions and combining it with sun exposure might do some good, for all I know. In 1998, British researchers found that vitamin C in extreme dosages (above 5000mgs/day) damages the DNA (might or might not be true, but in my understanding, there is no free lunch in this world, so I am finding it probably true).

Molecular structure, apparently, can make the same chemical harmful, harmless, or perhaps even beneficial; something that has been ignored or even chastised by the bio-chemical pseudo-scientists that have been playing their roles in the "medical" business model.

We agree on vitamin D and natural food intake as well.
