Thanks for answering the question of why my bread and milk never goes bad. I guess I really didn't want to know. Time to go back to baking bread and buying the "animal milk" sold down the street that's just unpasteurized cow's milk. It's not legal in my state to sell unpasteurized cow's milk as a human food, so it's called animal milk and it's for your baby goat (or whatever) that needs milk.
Baking bread has its difficulties, too. Flour in the US comes from the crossing of European wheat and American prairie grass. The latter is hard to digest for many people, and the "medical" diagnosis is gluten sensitivity... We are using flour imported from Bosnia, and it's fine.
In these parts (KY), we could participate in "cowshare," which would give us a gallon of low-heat-pasteurized milk a week (too much for the morning coffee for the two of us), but we would have to drive 40 miles a week to pick it up and it's distributed in plastic containers.
I'd prefer to keep a baby goat, but that is out of the question b/o the black-headed vultures that would tear it apart in no time. There is a $15k fine for shooting one, and although the neighbors agree that, in case of an inquiry, nobody would know who was shooting, but shooting one or two (they come on flocks of about eight) wouldn't save the goat (these birds tear apart a calf/sheep in a minute or two and leave very little behind). A big shepherd dog might, but our place is not suitable for keeping one (only half an acre without fences).
There are lots of international stores an in Louisville, which is quite a bit of driving from here, but there is no alternative. Shipping on flour is prohibitively expensive.
We only buy from local farmers we trust. Have moved to a 95% carnivore diet in the process. It’s easy if you live in farm country and have trustworthy neighbors who are in the same page. We buy garlic from a gal who grows dozens of varieties on her 3 acre farm. Her fertilizer comes from the neighbor she buys manure from and grass fed un-jabbed beef. I’ve no doubt there is glyphosate in the wind but it’s the best we can do. Sadly our raw milk source was shut down by the cabal last year so we are asking around. It’s harder to find than fentanyl. All we can do is run parallel to the nightmare and keep our heads down while shouting from the rooftops.
Great Stack, thx, Ray. FUBAR indeed. Great to find some like minds that are digging to know exactly what we are up against. Although, we are all captured now and we know this is far beyond genocide ...this is a full-on mass extinction event of all biological life on earth, IMO. someone on the farmers market told me many years ago, that 'organic' means more or less, only sprayed as much as the govt allows. He grew his own veggies and did not use anything but liquid soap to spray. I f you consider that organic, so be it. I did not buy from him anymore LOL
My vegetables are organic. But I guess I need to ask about the market ones now. The potatoes from the supermarket here are fine for seed potatoes I'll add.
I keep forgetting that I'm in London at the moment.
Potatoes are grown pretty locally here, the province next door is basically the Idaho of NZ. I guess they don't have the machines to irradiate them (totally unnecessary process).
What they do to our food they also try to do to us. And god knows who they are but they know who they are.
They are irradiating here on purpose; they don't want people to grow potatoes. That would make people independent of the government quite a bit, and there is plenty of land. Whatever the average Brit could grow wouldn't sustain a small family for more than a couple of weeks...
I was talking about Southland in NZ. Forgot that I was in London again.
The Brits do like their garden plots but generally I would have to agree with you, Americans have a large underpopulated fertile country, Brits not so much.
So is there any way to get decent food and water anywhere in the world? "Organic" seeds are not even trustworthy, buying local meat, fruits, and vegetables cannot be trusted, and some don't have that option. Fill ourselves full of vitamins and hope for the best? I get that we are in serious trouble. But are there any answers to this? Any hope?
gpttp grow it yourself, hopefully you have clean soil and can find clean seeds. My soil grows very little, but I got a book with what can be eaten from wild plants. They are much more tasty than the bleached veggies from the store. Careful to determine well, you will be okay.
Zearalenone and zeranol mimic the natural estrogen estradiol. Both compounds can stimulate growth and proliferation of human breast tumor cells in vitro at potencies similar to the effects of estradiol. ... In 1981 the European Union banned the use of zeranol and other growth promoters in cattle farming because of their potential to cause cancer in humans, and in 1989 the European Union prohibited the import of beef products from the United States or Canada that use zeranol as a growth promoter...'
In 1979, an epidemic of breast enlargement was noted in Italian children. Poultry or veal was suspected, given that estrogens may be fed to farm animals to accelerate their weight gain. After this episode, Europe banned the use of anabolic growth promoters in agriculture, and has banned the importation of American meat from animals injected with drugs like Zeranol, sold as Ralgro Magnum.
Zeranol is the one of the most potent known endocrine disruptors—100,000 times more estrogenic than the plastics chemical, BPA, for example. And Zeranol constitutes a special case among potential endocrine disruptors, because in contrast to all other estrogenic “endocrine-disrupting” chemicals, Zeranol is present in human food, because it’s deliberately used—in fact, designed to be a potent, persistent, estrogen, whereas the estrogenic properties of the other chemicals are accidental.
And if you drip blood from a cow that’s been implanted with the drug on human breast cancer cells in a petri dish, you can double the cancer growth rate. We don’t drink blood, though, but preliminary data also showed that muscle extracts, meat extracts, also stimulated breast cancer cell proliferation.
Furthermore, Zeranol may cause the transformation of normal breast cells into cancer cells in the first place. Zeranol-containing blood from implanted cattle was capable of transforming normal human breast cells into breast cancer cells within 21 days.
Obese women may be at greater risk of developing Zeranol-induced breast cancer, since they already have high levels of leptin, a hormone produced by fat cells, that can itself promote breast cancer growth. And Zeranol exposure can greatly enhance this growth-promoting action. This result also suggests that Zeranol may be more harmful to obese breast cancer patients than to normal weight breast cancer patients, in terms of breast cancer development.
In conclusion,
because these anabolic growth promoters in meat production are, by far, the most potent hormones found in human food, we should really be testing people, especially children, before and after eating this meat. It amazes me that it hasn’t been done, and until it has, we have no idea what kind of threat they may pose—though the fact that Zeranol is as potent as estradiol—the primary sex steroid in women and DES—should concern us. DES is another synthetic estrogen marketed to pregnant women—all pregnant women until 1971, when it was shown to cause vaginal cancers in the daughters. But few know it was also used in meat.
In the absence of effective federal regulation,
the meat industry uses hundreds of animal feed additives, with little or no concern about the carcinogenic and other toxic effects of dietary residues of these additives. Illustratively, after decades of misleading assurances of the safety of DES and its use as a growth-promoting animal feed additive, the United States finally banned its use some 40 years after it was first shown to be carcinogenic. The meat industry then promptly switched to other potentially carcinogenic additives, such as Zeranol.
When girls started dying from vaginal cancer, DES-treated meat was subsequently banned in Europe. However, misleading assurances, including the deliberate suppression of residue data, managed to delay a U.S. ban on DES in the meat supply for eight years.
Today, virtually the entire U.S. population consumes,
without any warning, labeling, or information, unknown and unpredictable amounts of hormone residues in meat products over a lifetime. If all hormonal and other carcinogenic feed additives aren’t banned immediately, the least we could have is “explicit labeling requirements of the use and of [hormone] residue levels in all meat products, including milk and eggs.”

Checking out your recommendations of shungite now. Sorry, I've been extremely indisposed in the last five weeks, but hope to get back on tracks this week. Will report on my experiences of resetting my metabolism as soon as the situation clears up and all the cards are on the table.
It was actually the "addlebrained smartarses" who were the least likely to fall for the plandemic propaganda. Maybe, they preferred to have mug of beer with their friends after work to watching TV. :)
Sadly, three of my veteran friends died after the injections. He didn't take it. Kentucky received the proportionately highest number of lethal batches, and people over 65 were not in the most-favored position to be selected to survive. Kentucky is still being targeted:
In my case, I refused to live in fear, although at the beginning it was unclear how far the military-grade mass poisoning was deployed. Nonetheless, I preferred to die as a human being, even if mortalities would exceed 98% than to live in fear and senseless obedience to usurping powers. By March, 2020, it was clear that the plandemic was a scam (the lockdowns evidently targeted small- and medium-sized businesses, the the muzzles combined with the antisocial distancing prevented people from talking to each other or even from going out), and by August, 2020, the evidence of DECREASING mortalities in several countries proved that there was no "pandemic."
Sadly, there is no more beer that is not tainted; the same applies to wine and hard spirits. Never thought I would become a teetotaler. :)
I worked in Kansas from April 2020 during the scamdemic. Those good down-to-earth people in Kansas would have none of that mask bullshit. They invited me in for coffee and didn't bat an eyelash. There were only 2 customers out of nearly 100 during that time, that were fearful and insisted I wear a mask.
Even my Heritage garden seeds didn't do well sprouting in a temperature-controlled house with a plant light. And at 74 I'm not a newbie to gardening or seed preservation. Carrageen is in chicken, most dairy, and baby food, it is a Seaweed and a very Destructive GI tract ingredient. Red dye is poison. If you can taste the metal in a tin can of fruit, it's Toxic.
We once had milk from a variety of cows, until the GMO Holsteins came about. Guernsey and Jersey produced less milk, but the globules were smaller, whereas Holsteins have much larger harder to digest globules, and they are better tasting milk, less bitter.
I gave it a shot to grow a garden last year, not much success, but with graphene capsules and payloads and other heavy metals in the evermore contaminated chemtrails, we are swimming in a sea of poisons, by demonic design. Pure Agony. FUBAR for sure.
