So much food is now chemicals and they are even sprayed on fruits and veggies. It looks like the most trusted food source would be a personal garden. I don't want to be a vegetarian or vegan at all.

The food "sages" are pushing fermented products, and fermented diary products are made with GMO yeast in inert milk residue, turned into unidentifiable goo after UV treatment.
Pigs have been receiving the latest type of "vaccines" since 2017... I'm sure the rest of the animals sold at supermarkets also receive their portion of toxins that humans end up consuming. Plants are mostly GMO or infested with it, covered with pesticides and Apeel, coming from fields copiously sprayed with heavy metals and whatever else from chemtrails.
Why am I not surprised. Still ‘ digesting ‘ er not, the illusion of the synthetic supplements - again, not surprised, but I did try a lot of the ‘cures’ which are now composting - darn, now I’ve tainted the soil that I’m relying on to produce somewhat non toxic food.
