I'm glad this topic was brought up below.

There's MORE to THAT story than just depopulation. IF they just wanted us reduced ... They would hit us with weather warfare. The end. They don't, cuz the end game is Cyborg-genesis. Starts with the TRANny movement & moves into TRANShumanism. It's an A.I. takeover.... which is WHY there is TECH in the Vaxxes. That's my understanding anyways. I don't completely understand WHY it murders some & not others.....YET.

There IS something to the CONSENT of our own demise tho.

Thanks for this post. The more people that know this, the better, of course. I checked out Ensure many years ago when my stepmom was provided ‘for free’, a case of Ensure. Cans of poison! The last thing an elderly/sick person should ingest, of course. Yet another racket by big corporate powers. These older folks should eat broth made from properly raised cows or chickens, cooked & blended organic vegetables, unsweetened applesauce from organic apples, etc. it’s so awful, thinking so many elderly people are being given this poison.

I was rereading the label... carrageenan was the last ingredient, one of the no/no listed things that stopped mii with almond milk long ago, along with other things, sadly, I am switching protein supplement sources. I still love my happy chicken eggs, free range in the true sense, grubs, bugs, and leaves, seeds, and ants, all combined to make more than plants alone can make. Eggs, my favorite food processed to83% protein efficiency ratings with so many other things I need to be younger day by day instead of decaying away.

I’ve only seen one brand of ‘nut milk’ that has only two ingredients: nuts and filtered water (with the exception of their flavored/sweetened versions): Elmhurst. They call their product ‘milked nuts’ rather than nut milk. As there are no added emulsifiers or other oogy ingredients, you actually have to shake the container each time you use it (the horror!).

Ensure seems to be about sickening and killing people, especially the very sick and the elderly.

Looks like it. My impression is that the owners are the three global investment firms, Vanguard, State Street, and Blackrock, control the money flow through their central banks and, as a result, they are spending the taxpayer's money, so the only, but good, reason for them to profit is to keep inflation in check. The only time they won't care about the value of their money will be when they'll force the CBDCs on the people.

i thought Niacinamide (as recommended by Dr. Mercola whom I follow) was good. Do you disagree? I just bought my first bottle and now am afraid that i shouldn't take it.

Dr. Mercola is a shill. Could be 90% truth 10% lies, but probably more like 10% truth 90% lies. Avoid doctors at all costs and avoid their recommendations. Psychological operations are underway, for example, Ivermectin aka Mectizan and other names is a sterilant and depopulation agent. If you must, find your information from regular people who don't have a financial interest or hidden agenda. Never trust doctors or dentists. Doctors are licensed to kill. Then they lie about the actual cause of the death they caused (Iatrogenic death/death by doctor).

Like Niacin you will get a flush, maybe not as bad.

I don't trust Mercola for a second. He has been using ghost writers forever who have often contradicted each other, and he is a pill pusher. His site also kept publishing the contents of my book from 2012 years later. I am not accusing him of plagiarism, but he was surely running late with the information.

He admitted to have been intimidated in an article about 30 months ago (re-published it a few months ago), so he is clearly compromised. His stance is dated and he is still representing the fraudulent Rockefellerian "medical" paradigm. Moreover, he is marketing controversial products and his articles have contained contradictions in the last 10 years (since I've been reading it). These days, he hardly ever publishes anything useful, and most of those are old articles reposted.

I am glad to hear of your perspective as I did see him as sincere from the days of his going barefoot, which inspired me to gound after the movie came out. I am often disappointed by the content driven for profits rather than the truths of what good nutrition, working out, and thinking positively, with gratitude can do to help us overcome our past lives of anger and distrust. Great reasons to not trust most of the modern society that is brought up without a sense of honor, duty, or life purpose, let alone right and wrong. Truth has become subjective and those we look up to constantly selling out. Sad days but the stars were prophecized to fall and most people think that means stars in the sky, not in the people eyes.

Youthing our way back into a physical state of health is possible, proven hundreds of thousands of times by Tibetans, but unheard of in America. Diet, exercise, working to honor the vessel of life is a relatively lost art of living well. People tend to eat what tastes good, usually meaning sweeteners, flavonoids that addict, attract, and rarely help as most are unhealthy. That old saying that if it tastes too good, it must be bad for you seems to hold true if you get addicted to sugar, white flowers, refined products that have been stripped of the meritous parts and the remainder of trash and poison is fed to people like cattle that will be slaughtered, age not a consideration when longevity is not the goal. Get them fat and slaughter them after they reach their max. value. Someone seems to be viewing the populations of humans the same.

Suppose, as some pictures painted in the past, that the atmospheric charge of positive ions creates invisible tornados that lift the acidic bodies of fluid charged negatively in a positively charged atmosphere. They are vacuumed up from the ground, regardless of religion, but due to scientific, mathematically calculable factors where gravity and winds, the lift that comes to all things, not below the ground or a dome, finding the monumental moment called the Rapture comes into play. What is the Rapture, some would say, if they survived that day?

From beneath the rock-covered domes, just one small door, many believers sat on the floor and waited for the time to pass so they could finally return to the world. Few understand the mystical meaning of a physical event based on the energies and timing. Wii, those that see, are watching these times come. Imagine taking 1 tablespoon of alfalfa sprouts, sprouting them on a countertop (takes 5-6 days), then making a whole salad out of the sprouts (instead of a bed of lettuce). To make a diet of this, it would take 1 tablespoon of seeds per day per person. Now, the sprouts taste like hay when eating them. To make them tolerable due to a lifetime of eating foods that actually taste good, one needs to add things to it. Since the sprouts are the salad base, add tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette, soft cheeses, boiled eggs, croutons, whatever it takes. I finally found my solution. Run the sprouts through a food processor with lemon juice, salt and home-grown tomatoes, and swig it down. At $0.14 cents per day, I finally found a way I can eat something nutritious that doesn't make me feel like I'm stealing from the farm animals.

I’m a dietitian, worked in hospitals, lost job in 2021 for refusing the jaberoo. One thing that always bothered me was not just the “nutritional” supplements we gave, but the fact that “the science” kept changing every so often: Eggs are superfood; no wait, now they will kill you…oh now they’re on the virtuous list again…so on and so forth. It became very clear that unless you had a specific need to avoid certain minerals in certain quantities (potassium/phosphorus if levels are high and on dialysis, etc) the only nutritional advice anyone ever needs is to eat real food that doesn’t have crap added to it, in normal quantities, when you are actually hungry, and stop when full. To appreciate the beautiful food that nature provides and to enjoy it with others. Food, like life, is a celebration, and so of course the govt/media has turned it into a convoluted mess. Because that’s what happens when you give all your power and instincts away…the reason why chicken soup or some other similar comfort food helps people when they are sick is not just the nutrition or the heat that loosens up stuffy noses, but the CARE it took for a loved one to make it, the power in the ritual of lying under warm covers and having someone bring it to you… I think we have this ritual in our collective unconscious and it’s powerful. I think we get sick because we are emotionally unbalanced and our bodies are so brilliant that they make us slow down so we can replenish. So much simple innate wisdom seems to be lost. But I think the pendulum will swing in the other direction eventually and people will start to notice that those who live in concert with nature are healthier and happier.

"Medical" myths keep changing all the time, but they nearly exclusively remain myths...

I personally don't believe in supplements most of the time for several reasons, but that's only me. I think, the underlying causes must be addressed, which hardly ever happens in "medical" care.

Healthy nutrition is essential, although it's hardly ever available for the average mortal. What NOT to eat deserves more focus as well:

Nutritionists can't even match opposing diets. A type 2 Diabetic triple Bypass can't eat the same foods. Nor does Gastroparesis which causes Type 2 agree with each other, it is trial and error finding out for yourself. The only thing a Hypothiorid has to avoid is soy and grapefruit. And with the massive rigged recalls, the shelves are getting bare again. The meds have given him kidney issues.

My eldest 54 is allowed 4 ounces of white meat like chicken or pork a Week, red meat 4 ounces a Month. Which throws off his Type 2 which depends on high protein.

As a Gastroparesis patient, the veggie fiber is had to digest, if at all. Thyroid is easy to avoid. Type 2 isn't. And since I fell and broke my left wrist Friday, Sandwiches are the easiest meal to eat. Hub is not much of a cook.

Jane - it’s sure refreshing to hear a registered dietitian promoting ‘real food’. It’s been my experience that RDs have been trained improperly regarding nutrition, and that the curriculum is heavily influenced by ‘Big Food’ (corporate powers). In my several years of working with "medical professionals," I've never encountered a nutritionist who gave a patient proper advice. In fact, most of the advice they provide is devastatingly unhealthy; if taken verbatim, they can prove fatal in a few months or years, depending on the patient's condition.

One time, when I was the patient, I explained relevant details to the nutritionist, and she didn't object, but didn't say a word, either...

It looked gross to me, but I didn’t really think about it. My mom didn’t ever really take my advice about healthy eating, lifestyle, etc. Even so, my parents were always healthy, never overweight, no heart problems, nothing. Well, my dad had a little high blood pressure, but nothing too bad. My dad was MUCH older than my mom and died in 2001 of natural causes.

About 2015, my mom started downing those Ensure drinks twice a day -- in addition to her regular three meals per day. No idea if the drinks played a part in it, but she began to decline rapidly shortly after that. She had a bad fall (nothing broken, though) when she was terribly ill with the flu. I threw away all my vitamins and supplements. Unless you’ve been tested and have legit deficiencies you shouldn’t take a vitamin just because you “think” you need it. Every vitamin/mineral has an antagonist meaning too much of one thing decreases another. There’s charts to show which vitamin/minerals affects others...

I’m not the best with nutrition as I succumb to eating foods I didn’t prepare (especially at work) but I have greatly decreased packaged foods at home. I never used sunscreen and rarely use lotions/potions. Now we have to worry about billy Baphomet gates Apeel being sprayed on organic produce which aren’t always labeled. And store managers aren’t aware of this chemical so they are having trouble confirming if their produce has the apeel spray or not.
