And if someone repeats constantly and in different ways to isolated human beings the mantra "You can't do nothing against the establishment (or whatever name you want to use here)", then that people will act accordingly on a permanent basis, because they themselves feel already that way, and such mantra just reinforce their feeling.

An absolutely helpless person can be someone who was abused to the extreme despite all his attempts to defend himself, or someone who was deceived and therefore did not defend himself, or someone whose weaknesses were encouraged and taken advantage of by a third party.
In all three cases these are real victims. But this doesn't mean that they're necessarily "pure": a gangster can be deceived by his "fellas" and end murdered. He was a victim of treason, sure; but he wasn't "pure" at all.
The only absolute pure victims in this world are children and (the majority of) youngsters. And, two thousand years ago, it was Our Lord Jesus Christ.
As for the vast majority of adults, levels of "purity" are much lower, meaning with "purity" here the total absence of compliance, admiration and/or identification with the perpetrator.
Indeed, the other kind of helpless person it can also be (and I say this because I personally knew several cases throughout my life) a person who was absolutely complacent with his victimizer for twisted psychological reasons; that is, someone who did not want to listen to arguments or advice, did not want to recognize evidence, and did not accept any help when it was offered to him.
Just as a vast amount of people since 2020.
To this last case it can be applied the following Spanish proverb, which translated to English goes like this:
"He who dies for his own sake, let him be buried standing upright".
And I know you get the point: no one can help someone who doesn't want to be helped, someone who rejoice in his helplessness because he feels that this same helplessness relieves him of responsability, or because he thinks it confers on him an air of pretended "sanctity" or because he pretends to atone for some guilt (real or invented) with his vulnerability before the abuser.
Or just because his ego doesn't allow him to recognize that he was wrong, and then he prefers to remain vulnerable than to correct his mistake.
That is why I think (and feel) that the question in the quote was an ironic one, one that precisely questions the idea so deeply rooted among so many people that vulnerability, suffering and helplessness confer necessarily a kind of "sainthood" on the sufferer...
...when that vulnerability, suffering and helplessness could be perfectly the result of stupidity (in the sense of stubbornness) and cowardice. Or, as I said some lines above, a secret admiration for the perpetrator.
To recognize this is not equal to "blame the victim", because when you know you are being abused and you know there is a way out for you, but the difficulties involved in that way out make you cower or feel uncomfortable, you go from being a victim to being an accomplice.

The whole idea of patents is to ensure the inventors make money off the inventions. But free energy tech would remove that psychopaths' tool. Money buys all the rest the psychopaths in control use, the things and the People.
Instead, We would see a world where We ALL are able to fulfill Our potential, rather than seeking ways to plug Our energy in, whether We love it, find it boring, or downright hate it. We would see the caring Ones taking care of things, not psychopaths controlling things. Where there is no poverty as the abundance of Our planet flows to Us.
And abundance was seen in a few societies around the globe, mainly on "island paradises" like Tahiti. In all cases where there was abundance, where needed things were there for the taking, They did not develop any energy accounting tools. They used the social currencies for motivation - thanks, reputation, admiration, respect, love, and so forth.
They had no poverty, the caring Ones took care of things, and the People were creative, happy, sharing, harmonious, relaxed, and free. The psychopaths amongst Them learned to choose Ethical behavior or be outcast (or killed).
