How can one know it's not lab-made GMO? In the long run, it's bad for the gut flora.

I am not against lab made things to be honest. T Laboratory manufacturing gmo stuff is not necessarily a bad thing. Its just a tool, like a rifle. Who is using it for what purpose, is not the fault of the rifle.

hope yer ulcers are better... what ya wrote is interestin'--sharin' that "it is possible to have ulcers from mercury poisoning from amalgam fillings." b/c my own gran'pa was plagued with ulcers ONLY after my gran' made him give up moosick ta become a ...dentist. An' of COURSE all they worked with all day was mercury! He never had any issues when he wuz in the moosick biz but after he nearly died from a bleedin' ulcer (twice...it came again later long story)--all they could do was ta stop him from eatin' spicy foods an' said no cawfee... I think it was all bunk an' sadly he lived out much of his life on a velly bland diet "for the ulcers." some say cabbage juice helps cure 'em...I like the cheap simplicity of that! Either way... the connection with mercury is FASCINATIN' if ya think'a that poison metal bein' in the mouths of MOST AmeriCons.... a gift that never stops givin'... (if ya had yer mercury fillin's removed it could help...? it's spendy tho'--I did it near-20 years back an' it cost an arm anna leg!) Anywhoo... mercury is in the chemtrails too--whatta gift... lol the "ee-licks-er of life" they once called it...some joke on us

My ulcers seem to come and go in the last 16 months, but there was a 12-month break, and I got rid of them a lot faster last time. No mercury fillings, though; lost the last one about four years ago, and it would be nice to see a dentist, but I am not interested with the current contents of their anesthetics combined with tracking, so we use temp fillings every few days.

Dentists also used to be on top of all professionals committing suicide, which may have had more than nothing to do with working with mercury.

Both ulcers and acid reflux seem to respond to gently acid with food (spices are nearly irrelevant). I have also identified the last two real beer (the rest are made with GMO yeast and contain some weird stuff), and a couple of bottles a day slowly sipped all day quickly cured the last occurrence. Weird, to say the least. Also, I start the day with a cup of organic OJ and eat only once a day, with an occasional snack a few hours before that supper. This gives my body some time to cleanse itself at least to a certain extent. Eating has become a precarious habit, anyway:

Or, more specifically,

I am also sure that some powdered bugs and other goodies are in food.

good yer mercury's gone--still could be a trigger if in the water (even rain warter!) 'er the chemtrails, food supply (even grassfed cows 'r eatin' what falls on the grass...with it!)--but you know all that... avoidin' conventional dentists is a mighty sensible idear (all the stuff they use now has nano-poisons etc) but it's interestin' what'cha say 'bout the suicide rate re mercury--wow! Of course mad hatters an' equally mad daguerreotypists...

Now the beer idear ain't wacky at all! So if ya know the brand GT's Kombucha, the fella that founded the comp'ny did so b/c kombucha (fermented like beer) cured his ma's cancer (metastic breast cancer if I recall)--so something in the ferments helped which brings me back ta dat cabbage--if ya make kraut out've it (salt ferment), it's real good fer the gut an' might even heighten the "whatever it duz" as an' old ulcer remedy...

the fastin'/ltd eatin' winda is good...bone broth (homemade!) is good fer tummies / guts too (glycine / collagen) AND as ya know any powdered bugs (with that chiton) shreds the gut--I used ta be bemused years ago readin' how many "insect parts" they ALLOW in so many processed foods--I honestly think they were bein' INTRODUCED an' not thar by "chance meetin' at the entomology cricket pancake supper"... i.e. they've been at da bugs thing fer a loooong time imho

Thank you kindly. Usually try to describe complex problems in an intelligible manner, andthis time, I may have succeeded. My previous piece (mentioned at the beginning of this one) may have been a bit too technical for a few readers, but they didn't necessarily need to understand the technicalities, because I explained the details in plain English.

Ray, are you familiar with Dr. Garrett Smith? He has developed Toxic Bile Theory, which explains why we get symptoms, and gives guidance on how to relieve symptoms by treating the root causes (toxicities and deficiencies). Check his livestreams number 53 and 71 on utube for the basics of his toxic bile theory.

Nope, I am not familiar, and I don't do videos. Even I am not immune to their mesmerizing impact, and they don't allow me to think. Prefer to read, and read transcripts of important videos as long as they have any. You might be able to point me into that direction so that I can consider the source.

Yes, the real stuff is helpful with the gut flora. However, even organic is often made with lab-made (GMO) culture(s), which makes it just about as precarious as pre- and probiotics, which might play some role in the depopulation program:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/prebiotics-and-probiotics-as-parts

Also, organic products often contain (are "fortified") with GMO/synthetic poisons ("iron," "vitamins," and whatever else);

Speaking of yogurt, though I’ve been dry for almost 13 years, I started homebrewing ale again last year and have begun using it to negotiate with the horde. On days when one isn’t required to go to work the following morning, one ale is a fine alternative to one aspirin.

As long as you can get non-GMO yeast, you are all set. :)

Aspirin has never been proven to case less harm that any good.

I have an aspirin recipe, but I’ve never used it (never needed to).

If I’m not getting quality sleep, say, because I’m not getting enough exercise due to my day job being bossed around by women and children, then one baby aspirin better puts me under. I rarely do, though, as I try to be as straightedge/on the natural as is practical.

It is said that aspirin is the only NSAID that does not add strain to the cardio system hence I suppose its off-label use by cardiac patients.
