Life gets much simpler when you take no prepared medicines. I do like to eat cultured sour cream, yogurt, but not everyday all the time. Home leavened bread, apple cider vineger, pickles (natural without sugar) as well. All in moderation. Use no soaps as much as possible, on dishes or self. I am even a bit suspicious of baking soda these days as it is a go to for me for scrubbing things. Gel caps I am avoiding for now, may be sourced from China, as few places make their own gel caps for production. If anyone has info on this pls respond.

Your skepticism is understandable regarding natural products, though it is clear in your writing that your "logic" applied to this category is heavily influenced by mainstream medical hegemony and science "logic" --which has also recently failed us all as distorted, co-opted, and answerable only to greed and death-mongers.

The natural products industry is often viewed by muggles as being only the "worst" example members. (Think 5-hour energy drinks in 7-11 or GMO protein power with artificial sweeteners.)

For example, there is a world of difference between synthetic Vitamin E made from petroleum versus from natural source material. One is cheap and toxic. The other could save your life.

That difference becomes harder to track, say, in B vitamins synthesized by bacteria, though competing drug and food industries do everything they can to erode standards, flood the market with inferior products, and find fault with the henhouse they are pretending to guard.

When it comes to bacteria, you can know something without knowing everything. Yes, people vary. Yes, almost every manmade chemical additive or medicine we've developed in the last 100 years directly impacts the biome, and rarely for the better. We also know that the healthiest and longest-lived cultures tend to use--well--cultures. A lot. Not a sprinkle here or there, but a major dietary factor. Indian people eat turmeric in pounds per year. Koreans eat Kim Chi in pounds per year.

One of the huge lies-in-plain sight of genetically modified foods is as "pants on fire" as the lies we've been told about Covid, plus it has been going on for decades and generations by now. The frankenfoods with fish genes spliced into carrots, etc., are evidence that our mad scientists need more emphasis on ethics and restraint than, "How can we do __X_insane thing?" They also proclaimed in lockstep that they could create crops that would manufacture pesticides inside and deliver greater yields of food with no harm to human health (while they are secretly working to create the very food shortages they pretend to prevent.) This conveniently ignores the fact that that we don't actually have food production problems. YET. We have food sharing problems and chemical overload problems, both of which the ChemAg & Pharma monsters make worse as fast as they can..

Since about 3/12 pounds of your body weight is bacteria, and cell-per-cell you have more bacteria cells than human cells, you are bacteria. When you eat GMO food that creates pesticide factories inside you through bacteria with no "off switch," the liars that said it won't affect your DNA were pretending not to know that YOU'RE MORE BACTERIA THAN YOU ARE--YOU.

Please forgive my lengthy reply. I just hope you realize that of all the things you have to be afraid of right now and warn others about, ethically produced probiotics and supplements deserve to be low on the list. Unethically produced food, supplements, and drugs deserve a separate explanation and caution.

Hard working, long-suffering pioneers are devoting their lives to preserving options for you as a consumer. The FDA has colluded with Dept. of Agriculture and corrupt pharmaceutical death dealers for generations to make that entire natural products industry disappear (since it is relatively tiny, though annoying and threatening to the TOAL CONTROl structures of pharma.). Destroying the natural products industry is NOT a favor. If you succeed, you'll be eating whatever WEF tells you to until you die. Which will be soon.
