drinking Milk straight from the Cow in Latin America and never had a problem til I returned to the states and had to drink Milk from the Supermarket. I would experience severe stomach cramping enough to make me dizzy.
Most recently I discovered an Organic A2 Dry Whole Milk by Solspring sold thru Mercola and I have resumed the joy of tasting Milk again after almost 50 years ! Any input and comment about this Milk would be greatly appreciated. I have not experienced any issues with this Milk and I’ve been drinking it now for about 4 Months. Thanks !

I feel that is as close as I can get to drinking pure Milk as if bought from an Amish Farm. The only ingredient in it is Milk and it is Soy and Gluten Free. Most people I know that do not eat high quality food are often repelled by the taste ( or after taste), of what one might consider healthy or better quality. Mercola is been a credible source of education for me for many years and recently persecuted as a result of his views on so called “Covid” and along with others was placed on a list of “Misinformation”.
