The globalist objective is to establish a worldwide network of all things in which people are not subjects anymore, but are turned into functional objects. In the system, fashioned after the Chinese social credit scheme, everything is interrelated and multiple segments of control are maintained:

The plan is an open secret:
Heating up the frog until it’s cooked
Gradual introduction of strict limitations on personal movement and the introduction of total surveillance resembles the idea of “two weeks to slow the spread,” but eventually, it is about full control over people. I warned people in vain about the muzzles in March, 2020, telling them this was only the beginning. Later, most of them tolerated being muzzled, put up with toxic “test” sticks shoved up in their nostrils,” and many even welcomed to be injected with a chemical whose ingredients are uncertain and the manufacturers were immediately fully exempted from liability. People, after all credited the government to protect them from a “pandemic,” whose first year resulted in fewer-than-usual mortalities. Grandma was peacefully injected with deadly toxins and, for good measure, was isolated, and medicated to death in retirement homes. Hospitals mandated the muzzle and often didn’t even allow visitors, because they were busy with their Remdesivir-ventilator protocol in order to collect $38k after each death from a non-existent “virus,” and didn’t like the idea of witnesses to their butchery.
The game is on, one move at a time. If you play, you lose.
Controlling people’s movement
Remember the days when people were not allowed to leave their homes only up to a few miles? That was already a way to prepare them for limited mobility. Most people must also be aware by now that electric cars constitute a further step of curbing people’s movement. By the time they are supposed to be the only type of vehicle you can buy, only a few will be able to afford them, which will restrict most people to walking or, if they behave well, riding a bicycle, anyway. Their “cell phones” will be body implants, so the system will have no problem tracking, tracing, and occasionally benevolently putting them out of their misery as dysfunctional, malfunctional, or redundant elements of the global IoT.
“Public” transportation in the future
The first steps are the harder to sell, so high-grade propaganda is bombarding its audience in order to convince them of the health benefits and the comfort of the technocrats’ Brave New World.
Don’t worry a thing: the first steps are already being implemented, with the CBDC following them shortly in 2023 and 2024 in order to secure full compliance.
Meet the idea of the “carbon-neutral” city and its relatives
The following article is from September 7, 2022, in which Mark Nieuwenhuijsen, Director of Urban Planning, Environment and Health at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) is singing eulogies of the idea of “carbon-neutral” cities:
Designing cities for people
Superblocks, the first of which was introduced in Barcelona in 2016, refer to a cluster of city blocks in which only local traffic is permitted, and where through traffic is restricted to the outskirts of the cluster.
In London, efforts to tackle car use have focused on low-traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs). Local residents can access their homes by car, but through traffic is removed from residential streets.
The 15-minute city, introduced by Paris during the COVID-19 pandemic, adopts a different approach. The guiding principle of the 15-minute city is that work, school, entertainment and green spaces are all made accessible within a 15-minute walk or cycle from home.

The preparations in Paris started in 2014. Small steps were taken to achieve the goal, with the premise of providing cleaner air and easier access to necessities. People will have more time to spend in their virtual reality, “own nothing, and live a life of fulfillment.”
Carlos Moreno developed the 15-minute city concept in Paris (video):

The BBC is pushing the idea of “15-minute cities”:

How to build back better with a 15-minute city
Article date: January 19th, 2023
“Last year it was announced that Paris, France, would become a 15-minute city, and now the British city of Oxford is next. However, outraged Brits are fighting back.”
London is already one of the most surveilled cities in the world with CCTVs everywhere and face recognition being implemented. I haven’t heard much about people protesting that, but they serve well for developing a “smart” city, too.
Strangely, the first victim in England is Oxford:

You can run, but you cannot hide
Some people believe they can move far, far away from the coming collapse:
https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/do-you-have-a-getaway-plan
Even if that worked, it would be only temporary.
Once order out of chaos is created per popular request, everything will be irreversibly settled.
If you believe you’ll be allowed to live in your estate in the country, look at the latest developments. Animal keeping and growing plants will be considered public health hazards, and food will not be accessible, unless you give up your land, your house, and whatever else you have the delusion of owning for the time being and move to a “smart” city. Your land and your house are not yours, anyway, because you are paying rent after them in the form of property taxes. Such taxes will have to be paid in CBDC, but you won’t be able to pay, because CBDC will be available for those, who move to the “cities.” That’s just about the end of your imaginary independence.
Smart cities will be concentration camps:

What will your residence look like? The current ones in Hong Kong can give you an idea:

The best defense is attained by going on the offensive, by:
1- spreading awareness of topics like these, and that we're all in the same boat
2- building our life raft and yacht together by teaching others how to grow their own food, and become healers of their own bodies.
Each step closer to self-sufficiency reduces the overall noise of fear, each delay is a pawn sacrificed so that we may eventually walk off the board.
From what I have understood about China is that they took many peoples savings to "build" huge apartment buildings, then these companies went belly-up. So all those looking to purchase a better place to live lost everything. And their government did NOTHING in getting these people's money back. If that isn't planned, I don't know what is. There are people on YT who go to these empty malls and such in China that were NEVER completed!
