I think most people, even very educated scientists, just don’t get how methodical these Eugenicist war & disease profiteers have been over the centuries to make sure all of these weapons for modifying, controlling and poisoning people are target-specific; have well controlled buffers or shelters built in or along side for those using and profiting off these WMD’s. Whether it’s war in which We the People get the business end of bullets & bombs and the war makers get the profits with underground bunkers, or synthetic pathogens in which they’ve created gene-targeting functions and nanotechnology antidotes for themselves. The basic logic might be that it takes two or more parts to make the quell go into effect.
You can have the nano part which is mostly dormant, but you also need the targeted EMF (phased array 5G perhaps) and specific catalyzing frequencies to trigger the various illnesses. Once a person becomes ill, they will then radiate their sick biofields to those around them. That would keep everyone in line.
