Excellent Ray.

My middle sis posted this to FB https://scontent.fjbr1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/468035688_9559847787363909_6524675375772143770_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_s640x640&_nc_cat=103&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=833d8c&_nc_ohc=YDG2AN-qjgsQ7kNvgFy_1-m&_nc_zt=23&_nc_ht=scontent.fjbr1-1.fna&_nc_gid=Aip-DKVdj-y8qxIMM4ymt5A&oh=00_AYCrkLJdT-Ctzniut9uO5l8eacTojMk3iSfiYk6f5RFcuw&oe=67526B2B

Yeah, I know, some never graduate beyond FB or YT.

I posted back, just adding butter, eggs and milk does make them taste better, read the label, but you haven't removed the bad ingredients. Our mom always said you can add salt or spices to your tastes, but you can't Remove them. We were not done any favors by adding cancer, heart, or auto immunes, diabetes, clogged arteries etc. to our food. Some things need invented or fixed. Being to poor to afford better doesn't help. You don't need a weight loss shot, go on a Ramen Noodle diet, you will wreck your health, and lose weight fast.

Right, I've always wondered how come those who wanted to bake a cake cannot mix water, salt, flour, and eggs. Flour, of course, just became more toxic:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/where-are-white-flour-vitamins-and

Not sure who is interested to eat cheap eggs from factory chicken that have been "vaccinated" as well as exposed to antibiotics, but the same applies to all meat in the supermarket. Pork has been containing the same crap since 2017...

Ramen noodle itself might not be very toxic, but the powder that comes with it certainly is. :)

One more thing: autoimmune and carcinogens have been in action since around 1961, and the sources all converge:

The best prep strategy is as follows: Get closer to GOD, and have NO fear. That is maximum preparation, and doesn't even cost a cent.

Perhaps title it: Useful Idiot, Cashiered...

Please, help me out here. As far as I know, the Rothschields preceded the Rockefellers, but they have been part of the Cabal for quite a while. Stock flipping has always been part of the Stock Market fraud.

Just finished watching the 2008 series on prime called The Last Enemy - spot on in it’s prescient way with everything all laid out and more for those who are visual learners re where this world is going if they haven’t connected any dots yet . Had a whole AI chat (?) about the series and it confirmed just how true these events have become at this point - a sad time for some in humanity . Of course in the series , you see how the government types in positions of power believe what they are doing for the good of us all , with absolutely no empathy - might have been chipped out of them !

Of course (but you probably know that already), AI can learn from everything (cell phone and computer communication, "smart" appliances and whatever else), a person using an AI is basically training it for being replaced:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/people-are-openly-being-openly-replaced

Allegedly, about 85% of learning is visual, but I don't believe it. I mostly refuse to watch videos, because even I can be vulnerable at that speed/complexity, and supposedly, there are also subliminal messages, which I've never been able to confirm and kind of consider tabloid-level info. I prefer to read, but reading comprehension is a dying ability. Already around 2010, I had to stop giving reading comprehension tests to my students as a professor, because I would not have been able to give an "A" even to the smartest students...

On the other hand, my stack mostly serves people who can understand what they read, so most of my readers are over 60...

Yup, the "government," serving its masters, is still going to be around for a bit longer in order "to help."

It's been a remarkable journey through the covid debacle and people like you have been instrumental in allowing me to cope with the current world . Lots of observations about AI even though I don't own or want a cell phone . Lots of observations about being an old nurse of 20 years and then going on to art school and alternative medical choices .

Just please, do not forget that ultimately, it's up to YOU! :)

Agree totally Ray and have always thought that long before it became up to "them" to decide for me what my health choices are . In order to subscribe what does CA mean in your options . Our dollar is in the toilet at the moment so everything is even more expensive . I value what you wrote about melatonin and will take the time to read it carefully for consideration

The other day, I encountered a good meme, something like this: "On Black Friday, Americans trample each other to buy stuff that is supposed to be cheap. All this, only a day after they give thanks for what they already have."

Its the same around here with christmas. Tiresome, what holy days became.

But hey. At least the people who are total strangers to you for 364 days a year, can pretend to be a family for one day.

For those who hope that what you describe won’t happen:

“The great enemy of grief is hope. Hope is the four-letter word for people who are unwilling to know things for what they are. Our time requires us to be hope-free. To burn through the false choice of being hopeful and hopeless. They are two sides of the same con job. Grief is required to proceed.” ― Stephen Jenkinson

"George Orwell once talked about his ability to face unpleasant facts, and that’s always inspired me. I want to look at the things that are happening in the world that we may not want to think about and try to really understand them." — Roy Scranton

Expand full comment

The danger, as far as I can see, is not grief, but despair. As long as hope is not placed before trust/faith, hope is fine. Still, false hope sells, because so many people are without a compass or are afraid to make their own decisions:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/false-hope-sells-because-its-cheap

I don’t understand the significant differences between despair and hopelessness. I don’t put my trust/faith in men; therefore, I don’t have any hope (either genuine or false) for men building a good system of government. Some people who are rightly skeptical of good government claim that government is a necessary evil. I think that it’s only evil. It’s unnecessary.

First, thank you for the sheer volume of your work. I'm sorry it earns you so little. Cassandra type individuals never get get sufficient compensation for the valuable work they do.

Second, all your work should be considered 'fear-mongering' because it's the appropriate primal response to existential threats. This is not a bad thing so own it.

Third, acknowledge that fact, and perhaps provide effective approaches and/or resources to respond to the threats beyond the standard prepping strategies. Remind people that we always have agency even in the most dire circumstances and human beings are incredibly resilient. On the other side of collapse and tyranny there could be something better that we are being prepared for.

Fourth, it's important to look at the big picture - cosmic cycles, the vast infinite universe, the balance between life and death, good and evil that makes up all reality. There is so much more to life than our senses can perceive.

Finally,I recommend the book Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot. https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/319014.The_Holographic_Universe It has helped me stay in a state of grace and maintain a outlook on life that prevents fear paralysis which is feeding the breakdown of society. It's one of many books in that genre which expand our sense of belonging to a greater purpose.

Thank you for your appreciation and the link that I'll check out shortly.

While I never expected to make a living off Substack, it's a bit disheartening to see that after my readership doubles, not much new support is coming in. I am still at $13 a day, just like 14 months ago. At the same time, I want everybody to be able to participate and find friends here, so everything remains free on my stack in spite of the fact that the amount of time and energy invested, combined with a lifetime of learning and experience have not been free for me.

Fear-mongerers usually herd their audience to a specific destination, which I am not doing. Instead, I simply attempt to motivate my readers to make their own decisions.

As far as I can see, the volume, length, frequency, and complexity of my publications are my major "shortcomings," and perhaps I should consider changing my pen name (which reflects the fact that I started this stack as a jest, only to realize a week later that it was badly needed). Also, my 15-year hands-on experience in sick-care, my doctoral degrees, and my other accomplishments should be emphasized, but I believe that no matter who is what, they must prove themselves at every turn, and I am no exception.

Dunno about "cosmic cycles"; I usually focus on the way civilizations work, and the current developments indicate that the one at hand is nearing its end, only to be replaced with technocracy, after which nothing else can ensue.

Thank you, just do what I can.

Of course, I am not "from the government here to help," and I don't monetize people's desperation, lack of judgment, or curiosity (as tabloids do), so I keep wondering how come my readership is still expanding and the amount of financial support is not. :)

People read 20 to 30 Substacks. Imagine trying to pay five dollars to seven dollars a month for each of them? In this economy? People can’t even buy food. The only two that I paid for is two different guys that had a flash sale for five dollars a year. I definitely can’t make another bill for myself every month. Smaller bills add up that’s why I have no monthly nonsense like Netflix or anything like that.

I’m not comparing you to perverted Netflix and HBO but it looks like we are in a recession. It’s gonna get bad. A lot of people right now are using their money for stocking up a bit.
