Silly me; of course, all these signs can simply indicate a prelude to deepfakes replacing authors, a process that has been going on for 7-8 years in distant relationships:
Incremental stifling of alternative voices has been certainly going on. Previously-reliable authors are now dishing out predictable, useless, or obsolete information or blatant lies. Hardly anyone left out of the old guard, and it’s mostly small authors, whose readership is well below 10 thousand.
Is it that people are slowly getting poorer, or I am being meticulously phased out? Both, I would argue. We are all being phased out. My experience with being shadow-banned goes back almost 20 years. I can only reasonably expect that it is now far more subtle and sophisticated.
I am probably weeks behind in reading your articles and anyone else's. A limited amount of time and energy with increasing demands. I did enjoy your post on the Constitution. Meanwhile, there are battles to be fought and mouths to feed...
All is under the supervision, if not control, of the One World freaks. Ignore them, but be watchful. Continue as always or their objective of destruction will be accomplished.
It’s no longer about shadow banning, or ghosting. Unfortunately - although only in my humblest opinion - the recent events regarding carting people away are now reverberating. As you recited, when some writer/blogger of unknown provenance is shadow banned, the person may not even know that this is so. Any responses may come from an “engagement center” where people work, pretending to be readers/listeners of that person. This is what happened to me on the Steemit platform. Of course the real reason is that I sucked at writing - although I have also had a quite expansive readership in 2018 of over 40,000. After an article about Hellary, it was practically over.
The most important angle to me is now, that you could be send to the Cecot gulag in El Salvador for writing something that can be construed to be against whatever law de jour.
Since two weeks I get the impression I am writing for myself here. Which is not bad, of course, but strange, considering that there are “followers” that interact with me.
Being removed to an archipelago is a real thing. It is a one way trip. I'm not sure if Ray left that out intentionally or naively. Honest voices have probably been disappearing abruptly for thousands of years. That does not mean anyone need stay quiet.
Indeed. Wasn't there this profound realization a long time ago that: All for evil to succeed is for good people to remain silent. Whereas - as you also imply - I am certain that staying silent in the face of gross injustice is evil in itself.
Substack is now being monitored, users are being shadowbanned and even having their pages completely removed. The more popular a platform becomes, censorship enters and abolishes all reasoning or thoughts. You will need to write in code because the bots look for specific wording in censorship.
I have been seeing your posts more at the top of my feed with other featured writers i follow. I wasnt tracking such things, but when your articles did appear, it had seemed like something new.
I don't recall ever having seen your posts at the top of my feed as they are now. It could be that i didn't notice. But the fact that i notice them there now, which started a few weeks ago, led me to believe that you had been previously shadow-banned to some degree.
It could also be a computer-generated set of priorities based on statistic figures regarding how often you and I read each other's publications. I have just caught up with your stuff recently.
I notice that when I leave a comment that is negative if I refresh the page the comment is no longer there. It's almost instantly. I'm a negative person so it happens a lot.
I think Substack has become stale. A lot were neophytes at the start of covid, and they expected common sense to win. It didn't, and now they don't know what to do.
Incremental stifling of alternative voices has been certainly going on. Previously-reliable authors are now dishing out predictable, useless, or obsolete information or blatant lies. hardly anyone left out of the old guard, and it's mostly small authors, whose readership is well below 10 thousand
For me, growth has slowed down drastically, as well as my views & comments, starting about Jan. Huge drop. This also coincided with the Ss algorithm change where we lost our view of those we follow - I started not seeing all my favorite accounts that I follow. Not just me either, others noticed the same thing.
So, I think you're onto something. Likely the same thing, for the same reasons as always - we're in here speaking truth, being conservative, etc. etc.
I came to Ss with no expectations, I expect Ss will eventually (if not already) become compromised. The dark side is blessed with useful idiots and greedy satanists with loads of cash. Hard to walk the line.
In the meantime, I'll keep on keepin on, I'm on a mission from God. :)
They did the same thing with PINTEREST more than a decade ago. As soon as they introduced ads they stopped showing home feed, ie follows, and just shoved their algorithm crap in there instead. It’s the bait and switch model where a social media platform originally is worthwhile, and then over time, is changed to disadvantage the users, and benefit only the hidden owners of SS (not the 3 clowns fronting it) and what they and the real owners (cartel corps) want to promote, which of course are all the shill accounts of major media figures that have the most subscribers and generate the most income for subPar.
Since SubPar is really a military, DoD front (as are all media outlets and social media platforms) the goal is simply to corral people onto these money making; data scraping, social credit-media places so nobody else (ie the awake community) forms legit platforms of their own.
This ensures there’s still no place for the public to find accurate and unbiased info within a solutions oriented community. SubPar is filled to the brim with shills, idiots and controlled opp.
Incremental stifling of alternative voices has been certainly going on. Previously-reliable authors are now dishing out predictable, useless, or obsolete information or blatant lies. Hardly anyone left out of the old guard, and it's mostly small authors, whose readership is well below 10 thousand.
It doesn't help that you are engaged in an uphill struggle, because even the best memes can become boring after a while, unless they are presented in a way that is unpredictable, but witty or funny.
My impression is that your target audience becomes unclear in the "Memes that expose" collection (that's what I tend to check out and also borrow from it, but you are also welcome to borrow from me). Publishing your memes to specific audiences is a good idea, but it would have to be present there, too. I would probably invent fictitious sources for different types of memes there, just to add a foundation to the messages (e.g. I don't favor brandishing guns, but other readers might).
I have been banned one way or another starting before 2008, when I took on George Soros' Agenda openly on a "conservative" forum ...

Depends on where you are sitting while writing in relation to the sun. That is if you can take a reading when the murder pilots aren't out spraying death upon us.
Not sure how I could do that, anyway, without having to spend hours a day on those sites. I suppose, comments could be redirected to a single location.
If you are really concerned about shadow banning you have to go around SS. Make a shorter version of your posts by simply cutting out the extras, take screen shots and make a screen recording (like https://api.tinytake.com/) as you speak the important points of each shot. 10 min videos max. You can leave a link in the show notes to the SS comment section and turn off comments on Odysee etc.
It's not that I'm concerned, but as you are saying, diversifying makes sense in a number of ways.
I am having doubts that those who cannot understand written texts could relate to videos, either, but the video watchers certainly comprise another audience.
It's also a completely different type of production, which can take up a lot of time, which I don't have, but I can certainly give a try to this option. The question is, where would I publish. I understand that the AI spiders have a harder time with pictures. The voiceover can be done with AI, but at that point, I am already in a tight place.
If you're shadow banned for 5 posts and you get no views with just SS, and with SS+video decreasing to 4 posts to give you extra time you get 10k views then which is better? I don't do this because I write to get and give info and learn for myself, but I would do it if I needed to make a living on writing no questions. You can see the Baileys and others use Odysee for a reason.

Welcome to the club. It is even worse than you think.
I think, I covered most angles. What did I leave out?
It’s no longer about shadow banning, or ghosting. Unfortunately - although only in my humblest opinion - the recent events regarding carting people away are now reverberating. Acidic times.

Yes, that was clear for me from the beginning on May 6, 2022.
Thank Goodness, I am still small enough not to be captured.
It's not just censorship: it tracking, targeting, and data collection, too:
https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/who-are-you-427
The link in the article also offers a few explanations for the reasons why I am still left alone:
https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/why-are-humans-still-around-why-am
It's not going to last, but it's still me.
Bots can also be overwhelmed by contradictory information, and they are no good at handling certain types of humor.
I have been seeing your posts more at the top of my feed with other featured writers i follow. I wasnt tracking such things, but when your articles did appear, it had seemed like something new.
What do you mean by "seemed like something new?"

It takes up to a minute for a comment to appear. Have you tried checking your comments later?
I think Substack has become stale. A lot were neophytes at the start of covid, and they expected common sense to win. It didn't, and now they don't know what to do.
Yup, and a waste of time, too.

SS still seemed to be a last chance for people to see...
Not anymore?

Sounds like somebody’s done their research.

Thanks for the feedback, Ray! Interesting points I’ve never considered. Good luck to you.
Thank you. I am also learning here.
I am not Napoleon, but I don't believe in luck, but thank you, anyway. :)
We’re all likely shadow banned to some extent.
That's what I am suspecting, too.

You might want to mirror yourself on Odysee and Twitter, I can understand if you want to avoid these though.
