I think I would only slightly modify one of your questions Ray. The relevance of "What if there is a discrepancy between serving the community and the “agency”?" I would proffer that should be agencies as they combine all their resources complete with activist lawyers and courts to obtain their objectives. Whole Sheriff's departments will collude with the CPS/Courts to persecute/prosecute poor families in a not so hidden class warfare/lawfare. It is safe to say that anytime you can give sinecures and speculators the force of law, are they not going to exploit their neighbors?
The sheriffs came here two days ago after I refused the 5G/6G/7G water meters, and enforced it, although the guy to whom I explained the process fully agreed with me. Whom are they "serving"? I requested an "incident number" about it which they "cannot find now." Class action lawyers will have a field day about this! :)

Apparently, the company is about to install new water meters without notifying its customers, which I temporarily refused for the following reasons:
1. Why would a fully functioning system have to be replaced? Doesn't that suggest a waste of taxpayer's money?
2. Why are customers not notified about the installation? Consumer protection laws require notification.
3. Why is the customer not informed about the technical details? Assuming this is an "upgrade" to the previous wireless reader, even all forms of current wireless exposure already add up to everything in the neighborhood, and such exposure has been plentifully documented to be harmful or even lethal in the long run. Can the Company guarantee in writing that it will pay for such health damages?
4. The electric company allows for me paying $15 a month for manual reading, which is apparently the law. Can the water company do the same (or at least leave well-enough alone)?
5. The company doesn't cover pipe damage that the installation might cause beyond the water meter (the customer would be responsible for that, which is normal as long as the pipe leading into the house from the meter due is not touched) to the old pipes during the installation, wouldn't it be normal to have a written agreement between the homeowner and the installer (the "Company") that such damages would be fixed without delay at no cost?
Of course, if my concerns are straightened out, I will not object to the new installation.

I've been living off grid since May of 2022, but instead of removing the "Smart Meter" which is company property, they simply taped off the ends of the feed cables. I have verbally requested on several occasions (because they still come and check their meter) that they remove it and I have a perfectly good analogue meter if they must put one in place. Their response is "It has to be a company meter". My water is on a well, and the individual I pay for water service has told me that he will physically check my water usage if he suspects I might be abusing it. There are 8 households on that well. If I were to send a similar request to the local power monopoly, I suspect they will just stonewall me, as they choose to deny me any claim on my lawfully inherited land. When my late employer had made a video in May of 2018, and his last two notarized last will and testaments clearly named me as his beneficiary, his executor came to me and told me that "I own everything on the land" but the land itself belongs to the Catholic Church. (Although that was stipulated 3 wills back). I simply do not have the resources to fight city hall and they know it.
At one point, they WILL turn off the water in order to force everyone into their "smart" cities. The good news is that it won't last forever, one jus has to sit it out, probably about five years. One just have to make sure the water reserves/sources will work until then.
I have explored different ideas about using rain capture from the house gutters, and other alternatives, but once they've locked you into survival mode, there isn't any way to implement those ideas without spending money I don't have, and they are not going to allow me to have enough cash flow to get it. If murders can be systematically covered up and all their "legal" bases are covered,then trying to avoid martial law and overt acts of war are becoming increasingly slim.
I'm afraid you are right at that, but only because you don't seem to consider what this situation means (it's in my article) and think about the correlations and the second or third moves after this raiding party is done (pretty sure many of them are recruited from the illegal criminals, because they don't even speak English, so there is no way to negotiate with them).

I'm afraid you are right at that, but only because you don't seem to consider what this situation means (it's in my article) and think about the correlations and the second or third moves after this raiding party is done (pretty sure many of them are recruited from the illegal criminals, because they don't even speak English, so there is no way to negotiate with them).
