So they see the neeed to foster and manage the great degrowth (of the population, of the economy), also known as great reset.
The big question is how this demolition will take place in different parts of the world. There is every reason to believe that Africa and Latin America will fare better than the central regions of the empire (USA, EU), where the biggest consumers of resources are concentrated and therefore the main targets for slaughter (which btw coincides with the exactions of the famous Deagel report).

There is no illness to treat with other things, only 5g.
