I try to eat as close to nature as I can, to the point of having a garden and harvesting from the area where I know exactly what went into everything which comes back. I also brew my own wine/beer sometimes. A component of finding a healthy diet for yourself must come down to both what you tolerate but also having direct knowledge of the supply chain, which very few people in the USA do...

Noe trying to eat only bread I make myself, with French flour.

Want to start a garden soon..onions potatoes garlic and lettuce...wish I could have an olive tree but not possible...raspberries, strawberries...and chickens for their eggs.

French wine also seems less "contaminated."

Considering the chemtrails, some cover above the plants grown is probably most welcome. However, the soft plastic most often used for greenhouses is also toxic... Glass is better.

So, organic may no longer be pure with chemtrail fallout, wind carrying toxins from nearly farms. Better, but not pure. How long will the land be poisoned? Centuries? What kind of life is this? Wè live in fear of what we eat and drink, air we breathe. How do we detoxify our bodies without doing more harm? Living in fear-- exactly what the satanic mob wants. Where is the "lived happily everafter" ending of this story? Pray for a horrific death to all that seek to enslave us or poison us. Fight back while you still can.

Actually, even hydroponic crap can be labeled "organic" and the water is not tested. Most "organic" products can also contain up to 5% of stuff that doesn't even have to be on the label. Cyanide, anyone? :)

There is no "we," and I certainly refused to live in fear from the very beginning. Never wore a muzzle, got "tested," or accepted any (sooner-or-later) lethal injections, either.

And yes, the land is poisoned. Some humans might be able to adapt, but that's all. The monsters are probably watching the show from satellite and other cameras on their self-sustaining islands.

Dreaming of detox is nice, but one would need to know what the problem is:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/there-is-a-cure-for-all-but-its-not

Taking all precautions is most likely insufficient, but it's more than doing nothing.

I have already wished the monsters everything they want. :) Perhaps a bit cruel, but they want to live forever, right?

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/may-they-live-forever

Fighting back might not be possible in a "heroic" way, but drawing the line is a must:

What are the primary legs of human metabolism?

That question certainly deserves its day in court. Too bad, it hasn't received a single moment in recent years, with the exception of popularizing Terrain Theory, but the problem is the power some usurpers and monsters are holding, which I posted already more than two years ago:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/who-is-right-and-who-is-wrong

My current theory of what health and illness is was summarized in

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/what-makes-people-sick-apart-from

Nobody wanted to carry on, and I don't have the facilities.

Next, I devised the source of the existence of synthetic protein in humans, but again, not a whole lot of people responded:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/what-do-peanut-allergy-lyme-and-arthritis

I have also summarized the process later and showed the path to pursue for more. Here are the latest developments on that particular subject:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/electro-transmitting-bacteria-in

There are also relevant links that partially answer your question in the current article.

Where do you buy Bosnian flour? I don’t trust amazon

Whatever "foodstuff" Amazon and Walmart sell, is most likely toxic.

We buy ours from a small Bosnian store in Louisville, Kentucky.

I actually don’t buy from amazon unless I can not absolutely find what I need elsewhere. I do not buy food from them, it was the only option to buy that my algorithm would show me

Went to mx stopped eating bread lost 5 pounds 5 years later down to my 23 year old weight. Coincidence?

I've never eaten much bread (although my wife's is enticing), and never had the experience of losing a lot of weight, because there was not much to lose from to begin with. So, I cannot relate to your experience, and everyone is different.

I just read Agent's "white flour" article. Even thinking about eliminating white flour in the diet will take some serious considerations. As with everything else, there is no one-size-fits-all. Everywhere you look there are poisons now lurking. I appreciate your input on the matter.

would you explain the deploying strong magnets part? the stronger the magnet the more shallow the magnetic field. i would use the weakest magnet possible to increase the field of influence to clean a larger area.

Not sure how the nano-sized metals react, but I have several of them attached to larger metal structures, so there is a weaker magnetic field, too.

could work that way, albeit the field wont have much more area of influence. would be more efficient with a weak magnet that has both poles exposed. if these particles were charged(they must be) you can only catch them with the opposite pole, thus sticking the magnet to a metal plate to create a kind of antenna, largely eliminates one pole from the equation.

never thought about catching stuff from the air. gonna put a magnet in my window out of curiosity.

Allegedly, the positive pole of the magnet must dominate, and I just don't know.

if you are interested, there are couple books about what magnets really can do, like |the magnetic blueprint of life| and |magnetism and its effects on the living systems|

strong magnets are worth their weight in gold. there are effects you wouldnt believe like |magnetic seed exposure| and much more.
