Hydrogels are used for protecting graphene-based self-assembling nanochips during their delivery into the body until they are safely anchored to operate on bioelectricity and protein coatings, developed for this very purpose and probably made by the body itself after some conditioning processes, take over their protection.
Modified proteins are necessary for the graphene-based nanochips to perform their tasks in the body. Of course, if graphene hydroxide is delivered, it kills quickly (Dr. Noack described it as a bunch of “nano-size razor blades” circulating in the blood1). Only a few seem to know that 5G signals can be used to convert graphene oxide (GO) into graphene hydroxide (GH). GH doesn’t dissolve and does not leave the body. While the “opposition” doesn’t talk about it (only mentions GO), it can mutilate blood cells and it can slice up the walls of blood vessels, and its lethality only depends on its amount in the body. Delivering more “safely and effectively” might be one of the reasons why new “vaccines” for other invented conditions are being developed at supersonic speed2. After all, as Bill Gates put it around 2020, the injections deliver an operating system, and as every Windows user knows, OSs need “upgrades.”

Disrupting the signals between host and the central AI seems most likely possible by altering the modified protein that acts as a protective cover for the self-assembling nanochips and/or an interface between them (receiver, transmitter, and CPU) and the body.

Tony, you've put in many yards and have correctly deduced many truths. My research into "modern" vaccines led me to a sleepy trading post in Persia, named Tehran. The year was 1596. Those credited with being the first purveyers identified themselves as Jesuits, agents of the Vatican. I've got a batch of links in my library (see below) and the one I am including is perhaps one of the most concise, clear, compelling, and somewhat comprehensive, presentations because much of it is in their own words, in their private correspondence and in their public testimony and includes many primary documents. As a fledgling "economist" in the 1980's I had the curiosity and the chops to look into many conspiracies and one was vaccination. I had no dog in the fight, no agenda. My data sets, my multiple regression analyses indicated that safe and effective vaccines didn't exist. Yes, the screen door, separating the latrine from the well, hand washing and other public health measures revealed themselves as reasons for eradicating many diseases. Stated differently, I found no efficacy for vaccines and vaccination, the risks always exceed the rewards. Eugenics has long been practiced by those who wield power. For lack of better words, I call them the Nosferatu, and they comprise all genetic profiles (of the 18 to 24 markers currently revealed). Regardless, there may be bloodlines involved, perhaps even two "seeds." My thinking is the gene pool has been tinkered with, barriers we were taught were unlikely or even impossible, have and are capable of being genetically modified. What I think Ray correctly points out in numerous posts is poisonings are a major cause of illness, and often they're sold as viruses. I can't go deep into microbiology, cellular biology, here now except to say that the cell performs a number of important functions within the body including clearing debris between and amongst them. Many have noted, that viruses and exosomes are identical. Viruses versus no viruses IMO is for our purposes: "the poisoning of the well." How does one begin to define a virus? In Latin they are Poisons, toxins, pathogens.....which leads us to pronounced/significant other pathways. Enlightenment? How does this all play out and end? There's a lot of convincing research that we are not just incarnate and sentient but that we also possess spirit. Stated differently, we are spiritual beings having a carnal experience. Having studied many ancient texts, and having read various bibles, and modern writings to my thinking is the books of the Torah, Daniel, the major and lessor profits, and the words attributed to Jesus and John the Revelator are highly significant to their plans. The third temple for the man of perdition is pre-fab, just like Solomon's Temple. And as I write the world is being divided into ten regions for ten "kings." For example, open borders should surprise no one. Canada, and USSA, and Mexico were long ago placed into one regions for governance and resource management. As 1934 was the date of the first mass public vaccination programmes, also the same year autism was first diagnosed, we can safely identify that date as the commencement of the democide.
Having researched vaccinations as these relate to reduction in disease incidence, it is abundantly clear that there is zero correlation. In fact, the actual causes of disease incidence reduction require little research to identify as they are listed in the meticulously compilled narrative to be found in Public Health exams material that all people-centred public servants were required to learn prior to 1965. I recall this well because I passed those exams twice.
We reduced and almost eliminated diseases by installing sewerage systems and drinking water reticulation, removing slums, installing flush toilets, buying fridges, eating nutritious foods, washing our hands, vacuuming our carpets (which sucked up flea eggs), and legislating hiegiene in industry. Penicillin and antibiotics were the followup.
In the 1980s, iced holds in ships enabled transport of meat, bring protein to the masses. It was a long journey and vaccines played no part in it. So why go we believe vaccines ended disease and saved lives? Becasue the media told us it did. Get it? Forget Bill Gates and Tony Fauci. We can deal with them later. Right now, the entire scamdemic scenario and NWO imposts are enabled by the media. Close down the media, and replace it with resistance media and we end this war forever.
Public enemy number one is Rupert Murdoch. Then come his media managers and editors. Close them down and it does not matter how you do it. Burn the rolls of newsprint paper. Cut their wiring. Throw rotten eggs on their media production and transmission facility roofs, next to aircon inlets. Slash their car tyres. Pour sand in their gearboxes.
