The HUGE problem that NO ONE has ever answered in the 24 years I've been doing this is if the white cells don't have the capacity to break down the molecules they've ingested then what happens to the garbage?
If you have seen a white blood cell engulf a shard of asbestos or a TB spore then you know they can't physically degrade it so they just build up as graunulomas to protect the body from them.
CAN a white cell degrade the components of nanotech, and if NOT then what happens when the white cell dies and the contents that it ate are RELEASED INTO CIRCULATION AGAIN? (if multiple white cells didn't build up as granulomas of nanobots?) If the molecules are not degraded therefore cannot be excreted are they able to self-assemble again?
