Although the puppet is always a puppet, it’s usually played by a celebrity or, preferebly, an “expert.”
Biological warfare is ancient. In an old documented case, when the Mongols attacked Caffa on the Crimean peninsula in 1345 and the plague broke out in their camp, they catapulted their corpses inside the fort to make sure the defenders would also get their share of losses1:

In WW2, US planes dispersed Colorado beetles over Axis countries in order to attack the food supply through damaging potato plants. Out of what I know, in Hungary, the pests are still thriving, just like there are still three-armed babies born in Iraq and in Serbia after the US bombed it with depleted-uranium warheads in 1991 and 1994, respectively2. Common folks simply call them “potato bugs.”
The TIME Magazine, despite the despicable rag it became after the globalists bought it, published the following article on October 11, 2023, which actually conveys elements of facts:

No, this is not biological warfare on the French by the US. The bugs were likely to be imported and/or spread by the invaders that the globalist-owned corporate media and globalist-controlled “national” governments endearingly call “refugees,” but that’s not the point here.
The article satisfies the reader’s curiosity with a number of intriguing details. For instance, the latest mutant bedbugs follow the same pattern as many other pests before them, and get used to pesticides to the point that they look dead at first and recover a few hours later. Their exoskeletons are harder than before, which provides additional protection. Also, there are hybrids now with claws that keep the body off the ground, which prevents sufficient levels of poisoning, because the body doesn’t touch the sprayed surfaces.
My favorite detail from the article comes from learning that cockroaches prevent bedbugs from spreading by consuming their eggs. That reminded me of the globalist plan of humans eating insects, too, but again, that’s not my point.
So, what is the agenda behind the article? A globalist propaganda sheet simply cannot be assumed to be innocently informing people without an ulterior motive or two.
The information about the roaches might be calling for people to stop fighting roaches that at least don’t suck blood. Moreover, they might provide food for starving humans, when the time comes.
Is the article an infomercial for “new, fungal insectides”? Possibly, especially because the same fungus can also harm humans as the ultimate targets. Of course, one cannot underestimate the toxicity of today’s sprays or other chemical (or pharmaceutical!) products. Oh, well, even Bill Gates’ GMO mosquitoes can be bad enough, among a large number of alternatives:
And of course, the food supply itself has been permitted to “vaccinate” people since the end of May, 2023:
As a product of a fake-news delivery organ, the article certainly confirms a number of “medical” myths about “infectious diseases,” and I’ve written about those:

Still, I believe, the ulterior motive is primarily about predictive programming. What can you do, when pesticides don’t work anymore? Don’t take me wrong; they have been marvelous vehicles of delivering toxins in comestibles, on the skin, and in the air, and they haven’t been eliminated, but more efficient methods are constantly being added to the paraphernalia of wiping out humans without much ado or even as “medications.” Some of the novel methods are using nanotechnology, and guess what? You can use nanotech as pesticides as well, much like diatomaceous earth has been used for the purpose before. Of course, nanotech affects humans, too3, but that neatly fits into the globalists’ depopulation agenda. The method is familiar from the way “medications” work:
The point is that you must be amazed at how “helpful” the new technology is, which will even make many people support the device of their own extermination. There are already mRNA infomercials4 all over the place, although you’ll never know what’s in the vials of any injectable. The article doesn’t say that, which is why it is “only” predictive programming.
They will be back to you after these messages.
The plague is only one of a few commonly-popularized illnesses that are supposed to confirm the possibilities of a “pandemic”:

OUTRAGED and Mihalcea are good sources of relevant articles. For example,

The technology is most likely a red herring:

It all boils down to the fact we are being marketed to death...literally.
