Fitts may well not be the hero. “Security Entitlement,” of which Webb writes (p. 9): “The greatest subjugation in world history will have been made possible by the invention of a construct; a subterfuge; a lie: the ‘Security Entitlement.’”

And indeed, having informed one that, since their inception more than 400 years ago, these “tradable financial instruments” were recognised, by law, as personal property, he hits the reader with the news that this is not the case any longer. In practice, Webb explains, this implies that even if, wishing to avoid the complications of a car dealership possibly going bust after purchasing a car on an installment plan, one has bought it for cash, this will no longer work. Security entitlements have been changed legally to permit creditors of the bankrupt car dealership to seize your car as an asset that still belongs to the dealership.

Webb sums this legal coup up as follows (p. 10): “Essentially all securities ‘owned’ by the public in custodial accounts, pension plans and investment funds are now encumbered as collateral underpinning the derivatives complex…” The “protected class” have legally stolen all our assets from us even before the anticipated (and engineered) global financial implosion occurs (if it does). Moreover, through additional legislation, this has been ‘harmonised’ to ensure that “secured creditors” be guaranteed that their assets be protected through “cross-border mobility of legal control of such collateral” (p. 16). Furthermore, ‘safe harbour’ provisions were made timeously to protect the ruling class (p. 32):

In 2005, less than two years before the onset of the Global Financial Crisis, ‘safe harbor’ provisions in the U.S. Bankruptcy code were significantly changed. ‘Safe harbor’ sounds like a good thing, but again, this was about making it absolutely certain that secured creditors can take client assets, and that this cannot be challenged subsequently. This was about ‘safe harbor’ for secured creditors against demands of customers to their own assets.

It gets worse. It turns out that, if something called Central Clearing Parties – tasked with providing “clearing and settlement for trades” in a variety of financial transactions – is insufficiently capitalised to prepare for the eventuality of failing, and such a failure occurs, “it is the secured creditors who will take the assets of the entitlement holders. This is where it is going. It is designed to happen suddenly, and on a vast scale.” Webb goes on to disabuse readers of the belief that the so-called “Bank Holiday” ended the Great Depression (Chapter VIII), and of believing Ben Bernanke’s promise, in 2002, that the Federal Reserve “won’t do it again” (i.e. make its mistakes regarding what led to the Great Depression). Instead, he cautions (p. 46):

Is the Fed indeed ‘very sorry?’ Can one believe the promise that ‘we won’t do it again?’ They have studied the lessons of the past in detail; however, their purpose has been to prepare a new and improved global version for the spectacular end of this debt expansion super-cycle. That’s what this book is about.

That's content from at least 10 years ago, maybe longer. Feel free to go into detail on what you have previously stated on this topic. I may be off a bit in my memory but I followed you for many years. You had many opportunities to call out the BIS and the central banking families, as well as the details of UN Agenda 21. I gave up following you because you never tied anything back to the source. Joan Veon, Niki Raapana, and Rosa Koire beat you to it. All three of them are dead, so perhaps that explains something.

Oh, and I don't need to be "beaten to it." The problem must be addressed and solved.

Hi Ray, I was replying to CA Fitts. I was digging deep into UN Agenda 21 about 20 years ago and the white papers from the World Bank and UN NGOs were far more revealing regarding UN plans than anything that's been available in the last 10 years. They started taking documentation and details offline about 12 years ago.

Sounds like something that will fail. They worked really hard to tear down our capitalist system to put into place “collectivism.” A little over a decade ago, a “spiritual” company called Mind Valley started teaching collectivist/communist under the guise of “guru, fake g*d, meditation” classes. It was nothing more than a way to buy and steal people’s “data” and track them across the internet. This was when the beginning of the end happened. Cryptocurrencies, bitcoin, etc became a “thing” after that. Hugo Talks has videos about how those things were just a way to get people to move to a cashless society thinking they are empowered, but it’s really all digital (while some of it may supposedly be tied to “real ownership” - I think that all remains to be seen. This is a murder-based Ponzi scheme.

"First and foremost, governments are controlled by the globalists".

Your assertion poses as simple clear fact, but the fact you assert is not provable, and a moving target.

Now because you have given your assertion the status of rock bottom basic basic premise, it had better be a 'profoundly true' fact, not merely a display of god complex connected to an informed opinion.

I mean after all. if your basic premise is at all dubious, or merely a loosely expressed opinion, how are we to have confidence in the edifice you erect upon it.

Now I will offer that I share with you and many other people the opinion that the cliche term "the globalists" does describe a complex of ownerships, controls, influences, powers, ideologies and agendas that have enormous global power and influence within and over governments.

But the question is, does the word "control" signify in your mind absolute control, or some degree of control or influence, depending on the particular jurisdiction that is being referred to?

And since the term "globalist" encompasses a lot of people, are there factions within that term that are at odds with other factions, vying for "control"?

If so, is there wiggle room for us the designated "controlled"?

So while I think you are doing a great service Ray by being resolutely pessimistic about much of this, and some would confer on your pessimism the compliment of realism, I would like you if you can to take on the challenge of ferreting out all the weaknesses that you can in your position, beginning with the basic basic premise above.

It has been mentioned that nature may not cooperate with the would be absolute controllers, and their plans face the possible hurdles of unintended consequences and serious mistakes and yes surprising creative resistance by the intended victims. And there may be betrayals among the middle officers, as is often the custom historically.

In any case, thanks for your prodigious efforts at thought provoking independent ideas.

Lying with Statistics was strategically placed at Billy Goat's elbow when he was doing his Mr. Rogers Fireside Chats from Hell trying to convince the plebes to commit suicide. So, in war you can't believe figures put out by the enemy including bodycounts. Recently they published that only 55% of north americans could be considered 'fully vaccinated'. By massaging the numbers that still might include their previous claim that 80% were stupid enough to shoot themselves once.

It's the Law of Unintended (or in this case Intended) Consequences that only smart people will be left after this major biocidal culling.

About 99 percent of the "opposition" is using limited hangouts and statistics that underreport real casualties by a magnitude of 100 or more.

In August, 2020, when I noticed that fewer-than-usual people had been dying that year in a number of countries (there was no "pandemic"), the figures started to be doctored as early as September, with the armed forces going back until 2015.

In November, 2021, VAERS data substantiated cooperation between "vaccine" manufacturers to poison the population. I started my stack only in May, 2022, and reported it only shortly after that:

Hi, Ray and all his nonorable suscribers and commenters. I wish you all a blessed New Year...even among this current Apocalypse.

I've spent the last two weeks of December full of work, and the first week more sick than tired, so I couldn't give continuity to my comment on "victims" and "psychopaths" (that is, to the "third part"of my last comment).

I'm in no better shape at this point, but I'll advance the following:

I agree: blaming the victim is bullshit, and irresponsibly occupying the term "psychopath" as well.

But the point is that one is a genuine victim when there is really no way to defend oneself or to know that one is being deceived, when the weakness against the aggressor is patent and/or when a surprise attack was used to assault the victim in question.

But when the victim had a way of knowing that he was being deceived and that sooner or later he would be the target of an attack, and, above all, that there were tools or methods to defend himself and, even so, he preferred to look the other way and do nothing, letting time pass and ALLOWING THINGS TO GET WORSE UNTIL IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE HE REALLY COULD NO LONGER DO ANYTHING...

...then he went from being a "victim" to a foolish person. Better said, an irresponsible person (especially when other people are under his care), becoming practically an accomplice of his own aggressor, AS HAS HAPPENED TO THE MIDDLE CLASSES AROUND THE WORLD.

Well, I'll expand on this later because I have things to do. Blessings.

Oh! So many beautiful details! The only one left, but gracefully brushed against is the narrative that each of us is already owned through our straw man, even if each of us is technically separate in our minds and through the strength of our free wills. So, we've been played for slaves because we think we're free because we don't know what liberty is - but each of us is a slave because the almighty forces will swoop in to imprison the imprisoned. That's why they want everyone as close together as possible. This makes escape from their mighty power improbable. The answer? Don't make it easy, unless you just want to get it over with quickly. Possible tool for the asset tool kit I’ve been investigating:

The ‘bank’ or more accurately ‘depository’ was set up by the folks who produce the Goldback notes. It offers a haven of sorts not connected to the federal system, gains a little interest 2-3.5% as well as swings with the metal market prices. One sets up an account with them, deposits federal reserve notes and can allocate their account to include any of 4 options of physical ownership of 1. The reserve notes 2.goldbacks 3. Gold coins 4. Silver coins. The details of each valuation given (plus a premium placed on each unit) on the site and changes with the market prices of the metals. No FDIC of course, backed by physical. It looks like they’re covering a lot of bases with their structure, as well their own ass - so I’m asking about their balance sheet and how many accounts are already set up(over50k accounts) they offer a debit card for withdrawal- in any of the 4 forms of holdings. There is a 10k limit / month for federal reserve note withdrawals . No fee until it is activate. Small fee when activated (it’s Visa that provides this service for them) only if account doesn’t comply with a minimum balance, I’m remembering 1k in federal reserve.

Could be a somewhat protected diversification choice.

Do your own investigating,

Expand full comment

Thank you for the link. Having such a depository is certainly a most welcome development, and considering the decreasing value of fiat, the interest looks generous, as long as one can get their money anytime, but interest can be secured only if the "bank" issues the deposits as loans, at which point the whole thing starts to resemble a Ponzi scheme or, for that matter, real-world banking, where only 2-3% of the money in circulation is available in a physical form. (I wrote this before reading the web page, and it turns out the same party that started Goldbacks in 2011, and they indeed "lease" your assets and give you a little interest for your risk in return.)

It would be great to be paid in one of these, especially if merchants were honoring it. Some of them do, but I don't know about employers using this method of paying salaries/wages.

As young as the new option is, it's worth reading what the practice theoretically means:

https://upma.org/resources/state-legal-tender-laws

"As of the end of 2022, six states had enacted laws expressly recognizing gold and silver coin as legal tender. "

I was contemplating on the usefulness of precious-metal-based means of payment before in

In June, 2023, I ruminated over Goldbacks:

https://rayhorvaththesource.substack.com/p/stopping-the-globalists-finally-an

This time, I'll have to think further.

I'd love to find out more about where they are getting their gold from, but I mentioned the known details in my original article.

Expand full comment

Precisely! I’m looking into the business model they’ve set up as to how the company grows their balance sheet. Why I’d like to see the company’s financials. Profit/loss statement and balance sheet. It is logical that they are using the deposits for their own leverage purposes as the banking system does (ponzi game), yet it appears that they are responsibly backing their doings with physical assets rather that merely creating more credit on credit on credit on credit as the federal reserve bubble has been built on. A peek at a balance sheet would be helpful. The premiums on their products are transparent at least. :)

There has been a disconnect between the stock/real estate market and the real economy since at least 2008. The bond market is increasingly unstable. This will be the last hurrah.

Over the last decade many countries have repatriated some -if not all- their gold reserves:

Gold reserves matter - but only if held physically. The central banks know this.

The reserve system is further complicated by the fact that countries lease and/or lease gold out.

To me, working in the building trades a black diamond is more valuable than the sparklers.

Ben Bernanke said that inflation was a total invention that could be ended (or started) with a simple memo within a half an hour.

The suppressed price of silver for at least a decade shows that none of this stuff matters to them. I think she wanted to out herself before someone else did. Whilst being born into a family of influence is not in and of itself 'proof of corruption', let's just say I have a deep and abiding distrust of generational wealth and connections.

She seems to have a lot of connex in Switzerland as you would if you were in finance.
