I was digging deep into UN Agenda 21 about 20 years ago and the white papers from the World Bank and UN NGOs were far more revealing regarding UN plans than anything that's been available in the last 10 years. But when the victim had a way of knowing that he was being deceived and that sooner or later he would be the target of an attack, and, above all, that there were tools or methods to defend himself and, even so, he preferred to look the other way and do nothing, letting time pass and ALLOWING THINGS TO GET WORSE UNTIL IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE HE REALLY COULD NO LONGER DO ANYTHING...
